Déception sur cet hôtel. Chambre mansardé 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Pas de restauration le soir. Chauffage coupé la nuit, donc froid. Rue piétonne donc pas de possibilité de se faire réserver un taxi.

We had a wonderful stay. Room is clean and spacious although no air conditioning room stays semi cool if you sleep with your window open. Location is fantastic and most restaurants stay open until 10 or 11 pm. Hotel has breakfast for about $11 however we did not indulge but it looked good. Host are kind and allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after our check out. Hotel also offers a discounted price for the under ground parking which is convenient if you have a car.

Good basic hotel wirh no frills
Basic hotel very near the centre of the city and close to plenty of places to eat. No frills but the room was fine and the breakfast was good. The only problem was spotting the small hotel sign as it is in a small courtyard just off the street.

Good location in old Rouen
This small hotel is in a good location in the historic part of old Rouen. We had a top floor room with a ton of stairs to access it. It was a very small room. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the fee for the breakfast was reasonable. There is an underground parking garage a block or so away which the hotel gives you a discounted rate to use in case you have a car to visit sites out of town such as Giverny or the Jumieges Abbey ruins.

Very central to Rouen cafe bar area. Parking very easy once you found the underground parking. Hotel has arrangement with local parking management so not full price. Breakfast good as usual french fayre. Hotel is quite homely and very warming host.

Warm, friendly and cozy. Benoit was a great host. There was some work behind done in the halls and stairs but overall a great location (easy walk from the train station) and reasonably priced in Rouen’s old town.

Hôtel bien placé au centre de Rouen Bon petit déjeuner Chanbre petite triste très froide 3 étages à monter en dessous des toits non insonorisées, chambre à rénover lit au sol sans pied .. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas a 8,50 mais a 10,50 et l'accueil est pas a 14h Mais pour une nuit cela suffit.

Séjour de courte durée - on regrette qu’il n’y est pas eu de restauration sur place comme indiqué ! Problème de recrutement c’est dommage pour le côté restauration et le ménage… Manque de confort dans la chambre ! Décoration à revoir - pas d’ascenseur pour 3 étages ! Petit-déjeuner excellent et gérant très arrangeant et très sympathique et qui se préoccupe de ses hôtes

Comfortable and quaint!
I stayed here for one night and had an excellent reception, stay, and check out. I was very early arriving, but happily was allowed me to enter, leave my bags, and was given a list of touristy things to do until check in. Upon returning, I found that the room was very clean and comfortable. The building has a lot of charm and character, and is well placed in the old town center. I left too early to try the breakfast, but. Checkout was very straightforward.

A terrific place! I stayed here with my two teens. The breakfast was good. It’s quiet. Close to everything. Be sure to let them know when you are arriving so you know someone will be there to check you in. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely!
Picturesque and charming. It was a treat to stay in a beautiful old exposed-timber building. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs up were narrow and uneven so it was tricky with luggage but it was worth it. I asked the owner a question about a bottle of wine I had bought and he lit up and was happy to discuss the merits of Bordeaux vs Bourgogne.

Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt ok. Die Sanitäranlage war leider in einem miserablen Zustand. Der Duschvorhang war abgenutzt, ausgeblichen, versifft, eine Klobrillenhalterung fehlte, weshalb man vorsichtig sein musste, eine Leitung war undicht, so dass sich Wasser im Raum ansammelte. Der Standort des Hotels ist phänomenal und die Betreiber sind sehr nett.
