便利で眺め良し！
ロッテルダム中央駅からも歩いて１０分くらい。荷物があるなら、トラムで２駅後すぐ。 眺めよく、キッチンも大きい、また訪れることがあれば、利用したいです。スタッフの皆さんも親切。 ただし、スタッフがいる時間は９時から２１時。夜中の到着は、注意される方がいいですね。

same floor as reception.
It was a fantastic location, a great facility, stylish deco, huge room, however, my room was on the same floor as reception. it was really loud during the day. I stayed there for 9nights. they should give me a better room.

入口はヘネカイン通りに面しています。 インターフォンで宿泊者であることを告げ、5階のレセプションへ。チェックイン時に、5.96 % の市税 / 地方税が徴収されました。どのスタッフも明るく親切でした。部屋の間取りは、リビングの大きさやベッドルーム数などの違いで大差ないようですが、洗濯・乾燥機、バスタブも備わっているアパートメントタイプを是非お勧めします！レジデンス地下1階に、ランドリールームはありますが、１人で行くのはためらわれる雰囲気でした。14階から上がアパートメントタイプの部屋になりますので、景色が素晴らしいです！部屋の設備は、ほぼ揃っていますが、スリッパ・歯ブラシ・ティッシュはありません。唯一バルコニーがあまり掃除されていなかったのが残念でした。

便利でした！
ロッテルダムセントラル駅までは、スキポール空港駅からInter City Directで約30分。ロッテルダム駅からレジデンスまで、ゆっくり歩いて約15分程です。スーパーのAlbert Heijn は徒歩3分。De Bijenkorf 、HEMAなど、徒歩圏内に沢山のショップがあり、食事をするお店にも事欠きません。 De Bijenkorf ではiittalaのセール中でした。 私たちは、近代的な建物が素敵なロッテルダムの街歩きと、ベルギーのアントワープとメレヘンへICDで行く予定だったので、ロッテルダムでの滞在が大変便利でした。

高層マンションタイプのレジデンスで眺めも良く、設備品も使い易い。立派な建物であるが、エントランスやエレベータ内の汚れが目立ち、メンテナンス不足が残念。買い物に便利な立地場所であるが、やや騒々しい。

この価格でこのロケーション最高です。広さ長期滞在するにはもってこいです。広いキッチン、大型食洗機、ほうふな食器。コーヒーメーカーポット。ダイニングテーブル。ソファー。ベットも電動リクライニングで広い。残念なのは、バスタブがなくシャワーだけくらいでした。

6階だったので他の建物と高さが同じで眺めはいまいちでした．部屋は広くキッチンもあるのでゆったりできました．ショッピング街のど真ん中で立地はとてもいいです．

家族滞在の最適なホテル
家族旅行で7連泊をしました。旅行先でできた家の感覚で利用することができるホテルです。朝、日の出が見え、眺望の良い2LDKです。但し、スリッパ、歯ブラシ等を持参する必要があります。料理をするためのすべての用具が揃っています。立地が良く、ショッピングも楽しいです。

ホテルではなく，コンドミニアム形式です．
部屋は綺麗でオシャレな感じです．しかしコンドミニアムなので，掃除，ゴミ回収，タオル交換，ベッドメーキング，トイレットペーパーとアメニィティの補充は３−４日に１回です．今回は６泊して１回だけでした．電子レンジではなくオーブンがありました．ホテルフロントに該当するレセプションルームは，24時間空いていません．運悪くレセプションルームが閉まっているときの緊急トラブルは，電話対応です．個人電話があれば良いですが，ない場合は周辺に公衆電話もありません．私はロッテルダムセントラルに行って電話しました．もちろんオランダ語か英語対応です．英語が苦手な方で個人電話を現地で開通していない方は注意してください．次はホテルでゆっくり安心して宿泊したいです．

中心部にありスタイリッシュで快適、コンドミニアムのようなホテル
ロッテルダム駅からは世界ではじめての歩行者天国を通って徒歩10分以下。ホテルの目の前がショッピングモールで、買い物もごはんを食べるのもとても便利。何よりも部屋がキレイで広く、キッチンやランドリーもあり、ネスカフェバリスタがついているのもよかった。そして値段も安く、本当に満足でした。連泊におすすめです。

When I cheched in, I was told that cable company switched off service to this hotel by error, but it should be restored by following day. I stayed 4 nights but no TV connection and no explanation from hotel. Except that, room is good and location is best.

My second stay there after visiting Paris and Brussels. Room is tidy and clean. However shower room outlet was faulty - water outlet is choke and waste water discharge was very slow. The engineering guy did look into it but problem was not rectified.

We loved this hotel. Beautiful courtyard entry, restored tram barn was charming, historical. Restaurant for breakfast offered an exceptional buffet and made to order option. All staff were very kind and customer service was fabulous! Beautiful atrium area with natural light and comfortable seating.

Appartement tres bien situé au centre ville a 10mns de la gare. Globalement assez moderne ; un petit raffrachissement serait bienvenu (joints, peintures, sol). Confort au top, bien agencé et equipé.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is good but there is a terrible odor in the bathroom. Asked for housekeeping to look into this problem twice. The first time, we were not in so don't know what was done, the odor was reduced but the odor came back the next day. We reported again a few days later, the "technical" came, we were told there is nothing that can be done, and that the plumbing system is old. We were told to run the hot water to flush the drain for two hours. That helped for a few hours, then the odor came back. During check out, we provided feedback to property management, we were told that "some" units have this odor problem. We should have asked to change unit, however, this option was not mentioned to us when we complained about the odor (twice). To future patron - ask to change unit if there is odor problem. We feel that this is a health hazard, odor is from rotting organic matter accumulated in the plumbing or from mold. Either are not healthy. The property management admitted that it is a know problem yet the odor remains. We are not happy.

I would give this property 5 stars, however, my room's kitchen was missing utensils: I had only 2 cups for drinks, one fork, and I was missing spoons and knife. No sharp knives, no paper towel, or paper tissues, I bought them at local grocery stores. Otherwise, it is centrally located in shopping district and close to everything. Property is safe, great views from balcony, clean, nice attentive staff.

Ein cooles Haus in einer absoluten TOP-LAGE. Empfang und Angestellte sehr freundlich. Wir waren in der 9. Etage. Unser Zimmer hat eine Renovierung nötig. Gleichzeitig stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis! Die Fensterfront und die Aussicht waren klasse. Sehr gut aufgeteilte, coole Wohnung. Beim nächsten Mal ab Etage 12 aufwärts.

Tolle Lage und super nettes Personal. Ausstattung ist auch toll. Leider ist einiges in den Zimmer schon abgerockt und müßte mal erneuert oder renoviert werden. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und mußte feststellen, dass es beim letzten Mal sauberer war

appartement magnifique et idéalement situé . Mais le personnel , surtout la jeune fille lors du check in est abjecte . Elle nous a laissé devant la porte sans ouvrir car elle était au téléphone , elle raccroche au nez et on a été bloqué dans l assenceur voiture et ne trouve rien d autre a dire qu'elle était occupé et que nous devions patienter alors que nous etions enfermés . De plus , il faut téléphoner a nos frais pour pouvoir rentrer dans le parking (pas de système automatique )
