Villa I Mori is a restored stone villa for four people, immersed in the scenic countryside of the Val di Noto. Surrounded by a garden with fruit trees, olive trees and flowering shrubs, it combines Sicilian character with spaces dedicated to well-being, in an ideal position for exploring the cultural, coastal and gastronomic destinations of south-eastern Sicily. Furnished with traditional and contemporary elements, it is spread over one level and includes two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a living area with fireplace and a kitchen with dining area. A porch furnished with comfortable seating and dining area overlooks the garden. A large terrace leads to the pool area with wooden decking, gym equipment, hot tub and Finnish sauna. Well located, the villa is less than 30 minutes from the sandy beaches and the baroque cities of Modica, Scicli and Noto.

The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR — Hallway entrance; two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; living room; kitchen with dining area, accessible through an arch and three steps; French windows in both the living room and the kitchen open onto the porch. The laundry room is located in a separate outdoor room, next to the sauna.
Park:
The land covers about 2500 square meters and is planted with fruit trees, olive trees, flowering shrubs and a small vegetable garden. A paved terrace extends from the porch on one side to a shaded relaxation area under a pine tree, and on the other side to the pool. The porch is furnished with a dining table and a seating area, while a barbecue is located next to the dining area. The Finnish sauna is located on one side of the garden, surrounded by vegetation. The gated entrance opens onto a parking area reserved for three cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the villa, about 10 m from the building, and can be reached via the terrace. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; covered in PVC; chlorine purification; access with Roman steps. The 150 sqm terrace surrounding the pool is paved with parquet and has six sun loungers, a hot tub (heated and covered), an outdoor gym area and a cold water shower; indoor and outdoor lighting; retractable cover. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
