The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also due to its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The following policy applies to bookings at this accommodation: changes to the registered overnight guests on site are possible for a surcharge of €10.00 per person (regardless of age), provided the maximum occupancy of the respective unit is not exceeded. Payment must be made on site at reception at the time of check-in. +++ PETS: The fee for the first dog is €4.00 per day; for the second dog the fee is €7.00 per day. +++.


Holiday resort
National category 3 stars, reception, 3 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk and launderette. The culinary offering is diverse. Guests can choose between three restaurants/pizzerias and a self-service option, while several bars and ice-cream parlours offer snacks and refreshments throughout the day. The campsite also has a supermarket with deli, fruit and vegetable sections, as well as a bazaar, a kiosk, a tobacconist and a souvenir shop.

The campsite offers a wide range of services designed for maximum comfort. There is a launderette, a beauty centre and free Wi-Fi in the main areas of the campsite. For guests travelling with pets, there is a pet wash service and a dog play area. There are also barbecue areas for social gatherings.

During your stay, it is mandatory to wear a wristband issued at check-in. On the day of departure, guests can extend their stay on the campsite until 22:00 by paying the day rate (more information at the main reception).


Location
Rosolina Mare. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The holiday complex is the ideal destination for anyone seeking a holiday amidst nature. Situated in the heart of the Po Delta Park, the campsite is perfect for families and nature lovers who want to relax in an inviting environment with plenty of activities. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. The parking is near the mobile home. It is important to note that moped traffic is prohibited on the campsite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (with views of the surroundings). Children’s pool. The swimming pools in the complex are one of the highlights of the resort. There are two large pools: one with panoramic sea views, perfect for those seeking tranquillity, and another with slides and water features, ideal for children. Both pools have areas for children and are equipped with free sunbeds and parasols for guests (subject to availability). The pools are open from approximately the end of May to mid-September.


Leisure
In the complex: gym, mini golf, tennis (1 court), table tennis, boccia / petanque and bike rental. Animation for children. The holiday village offers an extensive and varied entertainment programme from the beginning of June to September. Children can enjoy the Mini Club, while teenagers will find special activities at the Junior Club. Adults can take part in morning gymnastics, aquagym and sports tournaments. A baby dance is organised every evening for the little ones. The campsite also has a playground as well as football, basketball, beach volleyball and boccia courts. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy table tennis, bike hire, mini football and tennis courts, mini golf, bowling and a gym, some of which are subject to a charge. Boat trips to the Po Delta and Venice are organised, as are picturesque bike tours.

The complex offers direct access to a sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed, ideal for small children. The beach is mostly freely accessible, but there is also an area with parasols and sun loungers that can be booked on site. In addition, a dog-friendly section of the beach is available for guests with pets (not equipped).
