「We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. 「The check-in process was unclear and no staff was on site. No code was provided for the six lockboxes outside premises. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings.
