Dating back to the early 1500s, this historic former mill is immersed in the quiet Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a sprawling 8,000 m² private park. While located on the same grounds as the main house, the ground-floor apartment is entirely independent, self-contained, and secluded, ensuring complete privacy for your stay. Guests have exclusive use of a private garden filled with Mediterranean aromatic plants and a dedicated barbecue area, providing a peaceful retreat just 14 km from the sea.

This beautifully restored 95 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests, featuring a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a master bedroom and a twin room, perfect for families or small groups. Free parking is available, and dogs are welcome.

Conveniently located, it’s a short drive to Castiglioncello beaches, "Bau Beach" in Cecina, and the scenic Santa Luce Lake nature reserve. Famous Tuscan cities like Pisa, Livorno, and Lucca are also nearby. Please note that essential services and restaurants are in Gabbro and Castelnuovo della Misericordia, and the washing machine is for longer stays only.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
