"Booked an overnight stay here a week prior with plans to go there the night after getting married. It was going to be a stop on route to our honeymoon spot the next day. Unfortunately, we were turned away by this hotel just because we lived within 60miles of it. I was dumbfounded. Like really?! Why was that an issue? Even after explaining that we just got married and were enroute to our honeymoon the next day, we weren't allowed to stay there. We had no prior knowledge of such a policy on the website or in the phone call we made prior to our arrival. We were so upset and it was late at night and we were tired from a long day. Had to end up finding another place nearby to stay. So disappointed that our special day ran into such an issue. I guess won't ever be staying here in the future."
