This is a concept hotel. We stayed here in October of 2023. The hotel is designed so that you can check in on a large computer screen. We happened to arrive at a time when we had interaction with two staff—-and they were both very helpful and polite. For warehousing sleepy bodies, it is a good choice next to the train and bus stop. There are no frills—not even a phone in the room. Our room was a “non-smoking” room, but it was clear that prior guests had broken that rule. If you know what to expect, this is a good, budget friendly, hotel.

The B&B Hotel Rosenheim was conveniently located by the train station. Easy check-in process, and staff was very good. Spoke both English and German. Rooms are very simple, but clean and functional for what we needed. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Das Personal war sehr lieb! Neben dem Bahnhof bei offenem Fenster schlafen nicht so leise! Hinweis zum Parkplatz „P&R“ für 1€ 24 Stunden fehlt!

Der Föhn hatte die Stärke eines Windhauches. Ist als Frau mit langen dicken Haaren schwierig zu trocknen. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit eine Zahnbürste zu erwerben. Check Out sollte bis 12 Uhr sein, jedoch kam das Housekeeping um 8 Uhr schon rein.

Das Hotel war sehr leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, es ist einfach aber praktisch und vollkommen in Ordnung. Selbst Check in und check out. Alles prima.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sauber, das Frühstück ist gut, die Betten für normale Gäste (nicht zu groß) in Ordnung. Über die Lage kann man streiten, es ist nicht die schönste Ecke, aber man ist Zentral und für einen Kurztripp sehr gut geeignet. Die Fenster geschlossen ist alles ruhig.

Gute Lage
Bei der Ankunft wurde die Reservierung nicht gefunden, Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat sich aber bemüht, hat dann auch geklappt. Beim Kaffeeautomaten in der Lobby hätte ich Hilfe gebraucht, aber ich "störte" gerade eine Unterhaltung zwischen Kollegen an der Rezeption und erhielt aus der Ferne Zuruf, welche Taste ich drücken soll.
