So cute! Super clean, bed was comfortable, good central location. I would totally live here 😂 Will definitely stay there again if we need a place in Roseburg.
We enjoyed our short stay in this tiny home. The owner was here on our arrival taking care of landscape. She is super nice, friendly and available by phone for any needs. The Red twin is super cute with a little bit of a view of the hills. The home is really nice and clean. Super happy with all accommodations. Close to good food. Easy access to everything. Nice change from staying in a hotel. Like being at home. Definitely will stay again.
This tiny house had all the basics, was clean and inviting, and a short walk to the downtown area. The host communicated with us immediately upon finding out the internet wasn't working and had it up and running in minutes. Our dog was welcomed without question and she felt right at home.
A "Places to See" or "Bars and Restaurants" list left on the counter would have been a great addition.
We would recommend this location to others.
Amazing little cottage in town and near everything in Roseburg. The manager so kindly brought us an iron quickly after we inquired. The dryer is a washer/dryer combo, so I wasn't able to figure out how to fluff try our clothes, the iron did the trick though. The place was very clean and the location was great and I would highly recommend for a couple or small friends group. The only negative (and it was slight) was that there were some less desirable surrounding properties, again, as long as I wasn't alone this property was great and I would stay again.
This property met all our needs for our stay in Roseburg. The bedroom was very well organized with lots of basketball and hangers for our personal items. The bed was very comfortable. The tiny house was very clean. Off street parking was a plus. Communication with host was excellent. Would stay again
I reserved the Red Tiny Twin for my parents 50th anniversary and the host April was so accommodating. She even gave them a special gift to celebrate their day! My parents and I were so touched by the gesture. Thank you April for making the trip memorable and special!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication

The property was nice. The only issue was with check in. I received a text with the wrong code. I had to stay outside for over 2 hrs. I was worried because I had food so, I went and had to buy a cooler and ice. Then, the neighbor knew where the manager worked so I dropped by to see if she was there and she wasn’t.
