Bien, pero poca predisposición ante problemas

2 problemas: - Pagamos extra por "doble deluxe" que se suponía que tenía jacuzzi y cama matrimonial y ninguna de las 2 cosas estaba disponible. El jacuzzi porque el establecimiento no dispone de ese servicio diferencial, o sea pagamos por un "extra" y las habitaciones son todas iguales. Lo comprobamos con otra pareja con la que viajamos, pagaron menos haciendo la reservación por acá y la habitación era EXACTAMENTE la misma. La cama matrimonial porque tenía todas las habitaciones ocupadas y no tenían disponibilidad ni posibilidad de cambiar la cama (cosa no creíble. En el hipotético caso que se rompa una cama, ¿ no tienen un reemplazo ? ) El baño perdía agua por la bañera y se mojaba todo el piso. El frigobar encendia pero no enfriaba. Cuando avisamos nos dijeron que "el muchacho de mantenimiento venía en la semana". Lo ridículo es que ya había comentarios anteriores del mismo problema. O sea, el problema es de antes y nunca lo arreglaron.

Reservamos habitacion para 4 y nos dieron 2 camas de 1 plaza. Atencion mala. En la habitacion habia un permanente olor a cloacas que se hacia imposible estar dentro. El desayuno muy malo, cafe frio, bolleria mala, cereales humedos. No es la primera vez que nos alojamos alli, pero sí la primera experiencia mala.

Habitación amplia limpia Colchones sábanas y almohadas para mejorar. No me gustaron. Mucho ruido externo de la calle. Pareciera que no existen las ventanas. Muy mal. Para el que le cuesta dormir con ruidos es un imposible. No fue mi caso por suerte. Desayuno aceptable.

The rooms are basic by American standards, but very comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent! Breakfast was nice. My shower leaked water into the bathroom, but I was able to use a towel to keep it from spilling. I would stay again, and again... the staff were very helpful.

Uma experiência no Apart

Hotel não tem estacionamento próprio. Tem um "acerto" com uma garagem e cobram $350 por diária. O café é bem mediano( nota 5). No último dia de minha estada...choveu e alagou a área. Ficamos sem café. Fiquei chateado pois no último dia estava chovendo e queria carregar as coisas para o carro. E as duas "vagas" de quinze minutos do hotel estavam com carros toda a noite. Pedi que o recepcionista chama-se os donos e ele disse que não sabia quem eram. Bucha. De resto o apart é bem localizado. E o quarto é bom!

Falta mantenimiento

La habitación está muy bien, pero el mobiliario está bastante raído (cabeceras de sommier ajadas y rota, bañera rajada, alfombra de goma de la bañera viejísima). Cuando entré a la habitación había mucho olor a baño, que se fue recién después de la primera vez que abrí la ducha. Me dio un poco de cosa utilizar el hidromasaje porque las condiciones higiénicas de la bañera eran cuestionables. Si tuviera mejor mantenimiento, se justificaría la relación precio calidad, pero así no.

Spacious rooms, clean, and nice staff

Quick check in and check out, clean and comfortable rooms. Great little balcony facing the street. I will come back and recommend this hotel.

Solicitamos habitación para 4 y nos dieron 2 camas de plaza y media, las toallas estaban rotas, la ducha no andaba, se cortó el agua durante la noche. El conserje maleducado y sin ninguna intención de solucinar lo que le planteabamos. Definitivamente no volveremos
