Nice tiny house with a truly great view. Amazing infinity pool (also for kids) and the closed residence is very nice (great vegetation). The location is very convenient (depending on the traffic 1 hour to St Tropez/Cannes; 1 hour 30 minutes to Nice; Sainte Maxime around 10 minutes; Port Grimaud around 40 minutes). The beach in Les Issambres is nice (sandy) but quite steep entry into the water (in case you have very small children not ideal), but plenty of great beaches close by.Due to terrible traffic we were delayed on the day of our check-in and with two small kids beyond exhausted when we arrived but Corinne was nice enough to wait for us on the check-in day. Plenty of clean towels were provided. Bed linen was also provided.Some notes: 1) The pool opens at 9 am but the period from 9 to 10:30 am is reserved for calm swimming. Should your kids be louder, you should access the pool after 10:30 am. There is also a quite convenient snack bar at the pool (open from 12-2:30 pm and 4:30 to 9:30 pm).2) You definitely need a car. 3) There is no wifi in the apartment. There is also no general wifi in the residential area. 3) The policy of the apartment is that you are supposed to clean it "perfectly" at the end of your stay which was stressed several times. Your check out is at 10 am, new guests arrive at 12:30 pm. You should hence take into account in your plans that you will spend the evening before your departure as well as the morning of your departure with cleaning.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und sehr erholsame Zeit in Les Issambres. Das schöne Häuschen von Corinne mit seinem traumhaften Meerblick hat daran großen Anteil. Es ist sehr guz ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Das Auto parkt direkt vor der Tür. Der Weg zum tollen Infinity- Pool der Anlage ist nicht besonders lang. Ein paar Minuten Zeit braucht man zum Tennisplatz, neben dem man auch Basketball, Beach-Volleyball, Fußball und Tischtennisball spielen kann. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und der Kontakt zu anderen Bewohnern freundlich aber diskret. Man genießt viel Ruhe und kann sich auf der kleinen Terasse mit dem Rasen davor perfekt entspannen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und für die Kinder gibt es ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Spielzeugkiste. Sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein TV mit französischem Programm. WLan gibt es nicht. Zum Frühstück kann man sich Kaffee aus der Nespresso-Maschine gönnen, die Kapseln gibt es im top ausgestatteten Spar-Markt 5 Minuten entfernt gegenüber vom Strand.Die Strände von Les Issambres und St Maxim sind unweit entfernt, man braucht dafür ein Auto. Corinne hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und der Kontakt war jederzeit sehr freundlich. Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr erholsam

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft. Der Ausblick aufs Meer. Der tolle Pool in der Anlage. Die kurze Autofahrt zum schönen blauen Meer. Die Schiffsfahrt nach Saint-Tropez. Ein schönes Wandergebiet in der Nähe. Sehr nette Häuschen in der Anlage. Ruhig! Tischtennis, Tennis… Alles, was man braucht, um sich für eine Woche im Mai mit Sonnenschein zu erholen.

Schönes Anwesen mit Meerblick

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Blick. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und problemlos. Für Unternehmungen außerhalb der Unterkunft braucht man das Auto. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe und einen tollen Ausblick.

Maison avec vue sur la mer et des propriétaires formidables

La petite maison se trouve dans un complexe très propre et calme avec une superbe piscine. Nous avons eu tout le nécessaire pour une escapade de deux semaines. Les propriétaires, très gentils, se sont vraiment très bien occupés de nous. Tout a fonctionné sans problème. Merci beaucoup !

Séjour très agréable

Petite maison très fonctionnelle et très propre. Propriétaires très accueillants. Très bien située, à 5 min des plages et du centre de San Peire. Nous avons également bien profité du lotissement (piscine, dépôt de pain frais, …).

A wonderful stay in a calm and peaceful environment. The house and garden are exactly what you can see in the photos. The view is breathtaking. The swimming pool is big with a decent baby pool. Beaches and shops are a short drive away.

Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuverlässig. Sie wohnen eine Stunde weiter weg und sind erreichbar wenn etwas ist. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man wenig mit und kann sich wirklich erholen. Es ist ruhig. Am Pool ist erst ca ab 16 Uhr einiges los. Das Haus ist sauber, geschmackvoll und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Les Issambres selbst hat viel zu bieten. In St. Maxime nebenan ist immer viel los. Es ist angenehmes familiäres Publikum unterwegs und es gibt jeden Abend einen Erzeugermarkt. Der Supermarkt ist gleich am Fuße des Hügels. Der Pool ist sauber. In der Anlage sind Touristen und Eigentümer gemischt, viele ältere Leute und Familien. Das Haus befindet sich am Anfang der Anlage, der Pool am anderen Ende. Man sieht den Pool vom Haus aus nicht. Im Pool sind Luftmatratzen und größere Schwimmhilfen und vieles andere verboten. Wir wurden durch ältere Gäste auf die Einhaltung hingewiesen. Es gibt ein großes Schild mit Regeln am Pool, das man lesen sollte. Leider gibt es keine Schirme am Pool. Man kann aber günstig welche im Supermarkt im Ort besorgen. Es gibt ein paar schattige Plätze, die aber begehrt sind. Wenn Personal da ist wird am Pool ein Imbiss angeboten. WLAN gab es leider nicht, da Orange keine Saisonverträge mehr anbietet. Das Auto stand etwa 15m oberhalb der Treppen auf einem Parkplatz. Es gibt unheimlich viel zu erleben. In Les Issambres gibt es Jetski oder Standup Paddling zu mieten und vieles mehr. An den Stränden findet man unproblematisch Parkplätze. Man kann von Les Issambres alles erkunden. St Tropez ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Cannes und Marseille per Autobahn 1 Stunde. Nizza 1,5 Stunden. Sanremo 2 Stunden. Frejus 15 Minuten. Auf dem Weg nach St Tropez gibt es eine Kirmes. Frejus hat eine Gokartbahn, Kirmes und ein Aqualand. In Les Issambres selbst gibt es auch ein Aqualand. Die Preise im Supermarkt sind ein Tick teurer als in Deutschland. Dafür bekommt man alle wunderbaren Erzeugnisse der Region. Im Supermarkt in St. Maxime gibt es frische Paella und alle möglichen Meeresfrüchte frisch von der Theke. Frischen Osaft. Im Supermarkt am Fuße des Hügels auf dem das Haus steht gibt es jeden Morgen frische Baguettes und Croissants. Die Brathähnchen sind dort frisch und gut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Au top!!!

Nous revenons d'une semaine aux Issambres, où nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Le logement est très sympa, et bien équipés, la piscine est top et très pratique pour les enfants, avec la pataugeoire....le tout dans un cadre idyllique! La résidence est très calme à cette période, bien située et proche de nombreuses commodités (plage, restos..) Pour terminer, les propriétaires sont sympas et accueillants. Pour passer de très bonnes vacances, n'hésitez pas, vous êtes au bon endroit.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour aux Issambres de 15 jours, à quatre. Le logement était calme et bien aménagé, la vue magnifique. La région est superbe, et nous avons pleinement profitée de l'école de voile ! Nous conseillerions sans hésiter cet endroit à qui souhaite découvrir cette côte.

Vacances Réussies !!

Belle petite maison dans un environnement calme, vert, bien entretenu. La vue sur la mer est splendide et le petit jardin bien entretenu. A l'intérieur tout est à disposition. A la piscine, au mois d'août la fréquentation est importante surtout l'après-midi mais en y allant le matin, c'est plus calme pour disposer des transats. Enfin le petit snack et ses propriétaires sont un vrai plus et très sympathiques. Une vraie ambiance de petit village !! La communication avec les propriétaires a toujours été parfaite !
