Behind the house, the sandy soil welcomes in your late afternoon pétanque games along with a Pastis glass in the shadow of 2 big pine trees!
With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it does feature an open living, dining area on the kitchen looking onto the pool.
The heart of La Bouverie village is 5 minutes walk away and features all what's needed: French bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket, post office.
