Aux Issambres, discover elegance and serenity in this exceptional property with stunning sea views, located just 350 meters from the beaches. Nestled on a 1,500 m2 plot, this 260 m2 villa combines refinement and comfort for unforgettable stays.

The garden floor offers a spacious and light-filled living space, including a friendly living room open to an elegant dining room. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, invites you to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A first bedroom with private bathroom and shower offers direct access to the pool, creating an oasis of relaxation at your fingertips.

Upstairs, four tastefully furnished rooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room, guarantee comfort and privacy. A private terrace on this floor invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation facing the sea.

Outside, an exceptional relaxation area awaits you: a sparkling 12x4 m pool (heated on request), terraces for relaxation or outdoor dining, and a barbecue ideal for your summer evenings. A bowling alley is also available for moments of conviviality.

There is no lack of facilities to ensure a worry-free stay: Wi-Fi fibre to stay connected, air conditioning throughout the villa, electric gate for your safety, and a charging station for electric vehicles. You will also find a garage for more comfort.

een heel mooi modern huis met een prachtig uitzicht

het verblijf was zeer goed, de ontvangst goed en zelfs vroeger als voorzien omdat we toch al in de buurt waren op de datum van aankomst, wat natuurlijk wel fijn was.
