「Not sure how this was rated 7.5 out of 10 but the entire lobby smelled like old cigarette smoke, the third floor had a weird smell to it, my room had no cable or an iron. Pretty sure this hotel is used for social services to house homeless people. Walls/doors are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in any room. Absolutely terrible.」

「This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!」

「LOTS OF BUGS Staff was unpleasant and seemed bothered when asked for basics. Found and killed at least 4 bugs.I would not stay here again.」

「車等の移動手段がなければ使いにくい立地です。8泊し，チェックイン時にハウスキーピングは真ん中の日に一回すると聞いていた(週に2回以上のハウスキーピングは追加料金が必要らしい)のですが，言われた日の2日後までハウスキーピングが行われませんでした。大きな冷蔵庫や鍋，電気コンロなど揃っており，長期滞在には良いのではないかと思いました。」

「The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! The hanging hook on the bathroom door was just...

「Although room is clean and fine, fitness facility is limited. It's better to visit here by car, otherwise you limited options for launch and dinner.」

「Safety Box could not be used because the physical key could not be found in the room. We noticed the front but they told the key must be found around the Safety Box. 」

「Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.」
