とても良いB&Bです。
宿泊前から到着時間に関してメールをくれたり、携帯の連絡先も教えてくれ、安心して向かうことが出来ました。 ホテルはCampo di Fiori近くのアパートの3階にあります。到着時のみ、フロントでパオロさんが待っていてくれ、一通り説明を受けた後は鍵をもらい、自由に過ごすことになります。彼の暖かな視線とおもてなしが嬉しかったです。ローマ市内でのオススメカフェやレストランも地図に書き込んで教えてくれ、いくつか試しました。 私達は105号室に泊まりましたが、部屋はとても広く、清潔で大満足です。アパートメントの中に入って行くので、まるでローマに住んでいるような気分になります。 朝食は近くのカフェで。 立地も最高なので、是非次回も利用したいですし、友人にも薦めたいと思います。

Our stay at Town House Campo de' Fiori
We stayed at Town House for one night as a stopover in Rome enroute to New York. Francesco, the owner, met us at the apartment and was kind enough to bring our bags up to the apartment. The apartment is one room, at the same time modern and traditional, with beamed ceilings and modern accoutrements. Francesco designed the rooms himself and did a great job. There is an elevator but there is a short flight of steps in the building entryway. The bathroom was clean and modern and was well stocked with soaps, shampoo, a comb, toothbrush and so on. There were adequate towels. The shower was good and, unlike some hotel showers, did not leak all over the floor. TV was large screen with many channels but I could not find an English language station. Air conditioning was effective. The area is perfect, with the Campo de' Fiori square about a block away. One could not hear the noise of the square, however. There are many shops along the picturesque narrow, cobble-stoned street and on Sunday there was a sort of street fair with vendors selling mostly jewelry. Occasional vehicles and motorcycles crept down the street-watch out! Not far away is the Via Arenula which has some basic shopping. We were quite satisfied with the room and would return to this location if we should come back to Rome in the future.

Don’t expect the amenities of a hotel but good
Clean, great location and a place to lay your head at night. No hotel amenities so if that’s what you’re looking for this place isn’t for you. If you’ll barely be in the room this is perfect!

Très beau séjour
Très beau séjour, l'ouverture la nuit se fait par page web : étonnant mais très pratique ! La salle de bain est top, le lit de confort normal, la propreté top, bien placé, la rue un petit peu bruyante mais pas trop dérangeant.

This is a nice place on the 3rd floor. It was quiet despite being on a busy street. The location is very good. I had a big problem with the WiFi. To down load anything was very slow to the point that I often didn’t bother Spoke to the desk, but didn’t notice any difference after They offered for me to use the lobby, but in this day and age good WiFi is important in a room They were very helpful with helping me with other things like directions and other services If the WiFi problem was corrected I would stay there again.Nice place with 1 problem

The hotel is located in a good area but the bad things are : cold water in the shower, nobody at the reception to help you. Or if you need anything. I not gonna stay at that hotel again.

La localisation est excellente à distance de marche des principaux attraits touristiques de Rome. Nous y avons séjourné du 19 au 27 juillet 2019. Le quarier est bruyant le soir et en début de nuit, si vous occupez une des chambres donnant sur la rue munissez vous de bouchons d'oreille. La chambre donnant sur la cour arrière est beaucoup plus tranquille. Personnel acceillant et gentil se sont occupés de nos tranports depuis et vers l'aéroport, très pratique au même tarif qu'un taxi...

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Sie sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich heimisch und wir würden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen, wenn wir nach Rom fahren!

Clean, great place to stay in the middle of Rome
It was a clean apartment in the middle of Rome with very close by attractions. Anna helped us enter the apartment after hours through the electronic verification system which was a huge plus. We also had an issue of the fuse going out but they had someone contact us and fix it right away. There was some noise in the street but with the window closed, it wasn’t that bad. The room was clean, modern and right next to the Piazza. The only item to note is that there wasn’t an iron in the room and the AC was a bit confusing to figure out at first, otherwise our stay was great!

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Muy limpio y el personal amable. Había alguna carencia como que la ducha no funcionaba muy bien y la ventana del baño no se podía abrir. La de la habitación tampoco estaba bien y se podía acceder a ella a través de una terraza abierta por lo que teníamos que dejar la persiana bajada.

Super lokalitet og super værter
Opholdet var virkelig godt, og værterne Francesco og Stefano var rigtig gode til at hjælpe os med indcheckning, og var hurtige til at svare på spørgsmål og give os tips til byen. Lokaliteten er super central, og ligger i gåafstand fra alt i centrum. Høj anbefaling til dette sted!

Ce n'est pas vraiment un hotel mais plutot un b&b. L'acceil n 'est ouvert que durant un court laps de temps. Ceci dit a tout moment on peut contacter la conciergerie par telephone. Certaines parlent courrament le francais. Le petit déjeuné se prend a l'exterieur , c'est a cinquante metres. Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres propres.

Posto piazzato in una posizione più che strategica. Non c'è la metro vicinissima (costo taxi da Termini circa 10 euro), ma da Campo dei Fiori a piedi, armandosi di scarpe comode si possono visitare nell'arco di pochi km tutti i principali monumenti del centro. Camera silenziosa e calda, sembra quasi di stare da soli in casa. Bagno completamente ristrutturato, tetto alto con volte in legno. Colazione con buono in un bar vicino. Ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi e poche centinaia di metri anche da Trastevere, uno dei centri della vita notturna romana

Best value for location
We stayed 2 nights in Rome at this townhouse. In brief, this is not a regular hotel with staff on premise. However, Anna was responsive, helpful and available. Check in was through the Vickey app since we arrived late (after 8 PM). This was probably the most spacious room we had on our trip in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The place is old but that is expected since it is walking distance to campo de fiori and all major attractions in the city.

Excellent location
Excellent location. Supermarket and restaurants near by. Half a block from Piazza Campo de Fiori. Very happy with the hotel. Anna was very helpfu; she sent us directions to get to the hotel using public transport. Also gave us information about the sites to visit and walking distance from the hotel.

Good location
The place is clean and nice and located centraly in a nice area of Rome which makes it easy to explore most of Romes attractions by foot, and short distance to many nice restaurants. The staff was helpful with directions before we arrived, and was at the reception when we got there, but it is otherwise seldomy staffed. The cleaning lady was exceptional and friendly, but the security not so good. The entrance to the reception which shares 3-4 rooms was well locked, but the locks to the rooms was very simple, meaning almost anyone would figure how to open it within a few minutes. One day the door to our room was left open when we got back from sightseeing. The breakfast was basic from a close snackbar, but there was no problem upgrading for a few euros.

Worst experience ever
Worst check in experience ever. This is NOT a hotel or guest house. This is a low rent apartment converted to rooms. Dark and dingy. Was yelled at and mistreated at check in for questioning additional city tax and asking for further information which was not stated in my confirmation emails. The young man at makeshift "front desk" entered our room and I had to ask him to leave immediately. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I told him his behavior was unacceptable, at first he arrogantly blowed it off, until I threatened to call the police. Suddenly he quieted down. It was like talking to a misbehaved child. Something felt very weird about the whole exchange, and when I went back to the room immediately called my husband to find us a new hotel. I checked the reviews, which we should have looked at initially, and noticed a similar pattern. At first the apartment owner (father of the 30 year old young man who checked us in) refused to cancel our booking, and said his son was "only trying to show us how to use the coffee maker". Total lie, since he never mentioned it at all and my daughter is witness to his entering our room. Creepy experience. Thank God we were only there one night, and we're able to move to a new hotel around the corner. Honestly, hotels.com should reconsider what constitutes a hotel or "guesthouse" versus an apartment converted into rooms with a breakfast voucher down the street.

Dear Customer, we are really sorry that it was not good at our facility. However, we would like to clarify the following: 1) Our structure is not a hotel a small guest house of 4 rooms, as well indicated in the description 2) As we have also explained to you by telephone, the tourist tax of 3.50 euros per person per day is not included in the price of the stay and explicitly indicated both in the Expedia notes and in your booking confirmation. 3) At check - in you initially refused to pay the tourist tax and only after having pointed out that it was well indicated in the reservation, you paid it threatening to write a negative review anyway and accusing us of being in bad faith in front of the evidence !!! 4) It is our practice to show our customers the operation of electronic devices just to put them in a position to use them! For example, showing the use of the air conditioner, the safe or the coffee machine should be a gesture appreciated and not disliked. 5) Although we could not reimburse the other nights booked, we have done the courtesy to make you pay only the first night ... 6) A suggestion, the next time read everything before booking because you do not always find patient and available people like us !!!

Great location close to the main attractions in Rome (walking distance). The hotel staff is really nice and make sure that we had all the information we need prior to our arrival and also during our stay. If we go back to Rome we definitely chose the same hotel.

일단 정말 맘에 드는 숙소였습니다. 로마에 들어오면서 사실 다른 호텔에서 1박을 하였습니다. 하지만 그 호텔은 메인 호텔에서 약 400미터 가량 떨어진 곳으로 안내하여 주더군요...--; 그래도 방도 깔끔하니 뭐 그럭저럭이었는데.. 이곳은 처음 방문하였을때 건물자체가 호텔이 아니어서... 아... 후회하겠구나... 싶었는데... 막상 방에 들어가니 넓은 객실과 욕실이 일단 맘에 들었고... 친절하게 하나하나 다 설명해주는 서비스에 만족했고... 주변 음식점들에 흡족했으며...^^(이는 검색이 필요함...) 전반적으로 큰 호텔에 비해 매우 만족하였습니다. 로마 시내에 위치하여 웬만한 관광지와의 거리가 멀지 않았습니다. 다만, 대중교통을 이용하여 이동함에 있어... 약간 거리가 먼 정류장도 있으므로 어린 아이 동반이나 짐이 많을 경우엔 약간 불편할 수 있습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 가격대비 매우 만족하는 숙소였습니다. 저는 이곳에서 2박을 하였습니다.

Helt ok för att vara i centrala Rom. Frukosten åt man på en snackbar. Sandwich juice och kaffe.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Dir Ausstattung war gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und vor allem das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sempre bellissima Roma
Posizione incredibile a pochi metri da Campo dei Fiori con tutta Roma intorno. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Colazione a voucher in un bar vicino con ottime brioches, succo frutta e cappuccino ( o altro a scelta ) e personale simpatico e competente.
