レビューにある通りどのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーだった。マルサラ通りは確かにホームレスが寝ているが特に治安の問題はないという感じ。朝食はオーダースタイルで型にはまったホテルのビュッフェと違い美味しい。気持ちのいい中庭でよく時間を過ごした。11時までバーサービスがある。

入り口が階段だったので、重い荷物はちょっと大変です。 お部屋のニオイが気になりました。 最初は、漂白剤のニオイかと思いましたが、おそらくルームスプレーのような物かと思います。 窓をしばらく開けて換気しましたので、その後は気にならなくなりました。 香りは、好みが分かれるので、できれば無い方がいいのでは？ シャワーの床が、滑りやすいので注意です。

快適でした。
白で統一されていて 清潔感あるホテル 駅からの道はガタガタでしたが 10分しないくらいで到着します。 宿泊後1日荷物を預かっていただきました。

テルミニ駅へも近く、日本語対応はありませんがスタッフは親切です。 朝食も充実していておいしいです。ただ、7:30からなので観光ツアーの集合時間が早朝だと利用できなくなります。1階の部屋でしたが天井が高く広々した感じ、バスタブはありませんがシャワールームは快適、外にもすぐ出られ助かりました。ローマはコンビニやデパートが無いのですが、テルミニ駅内のスーパーが充実して便利ですし、ホテルの近くに夜遅くても食事する場所があります。 余計なアメニティも無くリーズナブルな値段も助かりました。

フロントの方、レストランの方、皆さんとっても親切で感じが良いです！朝食の卵料理もそれぞれの希望で作ってきてくれますし、カプチーノなども作ってきてくれます。3泊しましたが、私達家族の好きな卵の調理法を覚えていてくれたり、愛嬌が良いスタッフの方々でした。 テルミニ駅まで徒歩5分程の立地で、治安も悪くなく、女性4人でも心配はありませんでした。 フロントの写真を見る限りでは、部屋も狭いのかとちょっと心配しましたが、家族4人部屋で、スーツケースもひらけるし、掃除も行き届いています。おすすめのホテルです。

とてもよかったです。 朝食はいつものイタリア式ですが他のホテルより少し種類が多い気がします。 また立地もよくて駅まで徒歩5分くらい。 部屋もとても広くて綺麗で、デザインがいいです。 スタッフの女性の方がとても明るく安心してくれたり、近くの紹介、美味しいレストランの紹介などしてくれましたので、とても助かりました！

We had a 5 night stay. The staff (including the breakfast team and the domestic staff) at the hotel were outstanding. So very friendly and helped us to maximise our time in Rome. Always ready with a smile and genuinely wanted to know how our day had gone. The breakfasts were wonderful with both buffet and hot food (and the best coffee I've ever had) and the breakfast team were again super friendly and more than happy to change a few menu options to facilitate our tastes. The room was on floor 3 and was lovely and clean. The room was bright and modern with some lovely nods to ancient Rome in the decor. The bed was large and very comfortable and the facilities, tea/coffee, toiletries were good. The room was generally quiet but it did have a connecting room door which meant that on one night we did have some noisy neighbours that were loud and we could hear quite easily but that's down to the guests and not the hotel. There was a weird effect in our room where voices from somewhere outside came in via the air con (vent?) but was only heard in the bathroom so wasn't a problem and would not stop us using the same room again. Location wise it's just north of the train station so it's a good 30 min walk to the centre of Rome where the main city attractions are but we are quite fit and didn't mind the walk. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel which are more reasonably priced the central Rome so that was useful if you need to be a bit more budget conscious.

This is a lovely, renovated hotel. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. I loved that every item in the minibar was a flat 2euro charge, including beer and Prosecco. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was terrific.

A couple of items, the location is not that great, it’s about 40 minutes walking to the central, there is no lobby to wait or sit. Just a small room in the basement. This is doesn’t consider as a hotel, On the top of all that, the price a night is about $300 a night. I booked via Expedia and i paid $735.67 truble, double the price that anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in greeted by the friendliest and most accommodating staff. I have been to Rome many times and have never stayed in this area or hotel but will definitely be back! From suggestions in dinner to helping me with arranging a taxi to the airport. Room was just lovely and sparkling clean!!!!! And they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I need in the most genuine way.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Modernized with an elevator, individualized temperature control for each room, and energy efficient lighting systems. Easy walk from the main Rome train station (Roma Termini) -- even with luggage -- and metro system is also nearby. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Jade and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. They gave us so much useful information and tips. The room was spacious and bright. The only thing I would point out are the partial broken window lock and broken toilet seat hinges But we managed to work through it. The breakfast was excellent and delicious.

I stayed at this hotel and it made the Rome trip spectacular. I would stay back at this hotel in a heartbeat. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a high class service. The breakfast was very enjoyable as well.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly property in Rome that is excellent for value this is the place! Some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered and amazing breakfast! The area around the hotel isn’t the best but as long as your re heading towards central Rome when out you’ll be fine. The only down side about the hotel was that the water in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell but we did encounter this throughout Rome. Overall great experience with the perks being the amazing staff and the breakfast!

I will use the Liberty Boutique Hotel again!
Staff was courteous, helpful and eager to make you happy. Breakfast was amazing. Room was modern all white and clean. Towels could have been better quality. Thats easy to improve on. Room was small but that is understandable. I would happily stay there again.
