Leuk en gezellig ....

Het was gezellig ,rustig en zit het mooie uit van buiten en binnen . Schoon en netjes . De personeel waren aardig en behulpzaam ,,. zeer professioneel en vriendelijk.

Très bel appartement, grand frigo-congélateur, spacieux, peu de vaisselle mais suffisante pour quelques jours, produit vaisselle + éponge fournis, draps, serviettes et savons. Parking gratuit fermé. Au bout de la rue, gare Pavona pour aller à Rome (non testé, nous avions une voiture). Pour se rendre à ce logement, nous avons eu un bouchon monstre (c'était un vendredi soir - mi-juillet 2016)c'est un gros problème dans le secteur, idem pour aller à la plage... Situé à 20 mn de la station de métro Anagnina où vous avez un parking (1.50 euro pour 12 heures)de là vous pouvez aller au centre de Rome en métro (1.50 euros le trajet) en 15-20 mn environ (très pratique et facile) Egalement situé à 20 km de la mer (plage Tor vaianica)

Rom Urlaub

Diese Appartment war sauber,die Zimmer sind groß und haben auch genug Platz für mehre Leute. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und oben im Wohnzimmer noch großes Schlafsofa. Küche, Bad und kleiner Essbereich sind vorhanden. Ebenfalls ist die Sicherheit sehr gut gemacht , überall mit einem Code. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt auch eine kleine Lobby mit einem Getränke-Snack Automat. 5 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle und von da aus kann man direkt nach Rom fahren , dies dauert auch nur 20-25 Minuten. Tickets kosten 2,10€. Sie müssen die Tickets bei den kleinen Läden an der Hauptstraße kaufen.

Staff very helpful

Staff were very helpful. However, the room was extremely cold and it seems not to have been heated since autumn last year. The weather was cold and damp and we did not get a proper temperature during the night, as the walls kept on being ice cold. The coach bed was not very comfortable. But there was a nice kitchen. During summer it would have been a much better experience.

À recommander

L'appartement est grande et propre. Le coin cuisine est très utile et bien fourni. Le Menage est fait une fois tous les 3 jours. Climatisation de bonne qualité. Parking sécurisé. La situation de la residence offre peu d'intérêt touristique mais la localisation permet de rayonner facilement dans toute la region : compter 30 à 45 minutes pour rejoindre Rome. Ne pas passer par les itinéraires principaux mais par les routes secondaires pour éviter les embouteillages quotidiens. Location à recommander .

Located in a quiet neighborhood and takes about 40 min to get to Rome Termini station. Room was clean and modern, and staffs are nice! All kitchen utensils and dishes were included, so that was a big plus.

We regret that for you our residence is away from rome, but our address is specified for all reservation sites. Moreover at 200 meters is the train which connects you to the center of Rome in 25 minutes. Ottimo soggiorno sicuramente da consigliare ad amici. La pulizia delle camere è migliorabile ma nel complesso ottima qualità e prezzo, a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria . Nn perdetevi il giro dei castelli romani il cibo i luoghi e in particolare Ariccia con il suo borgo medievale e le mitiche fraschette.

Fedele alle aspettative.

Residence tranquillo in zona silenziosa. Il mio monolocale era piuttosto piccolo. Appena aperto il divano letto (inaspettatamente comodo), della stanza non rimane nulla oltre al bagno e all'angolo cottura-ingresso. Tutto apparentemente pulito e funzionale. A noi è servito solo a pernottare una sera. Purtroppo al sorgere del sole la luce dà fastidio perché le tende non sono molto oscuranti. Nel complesso buono.

Smart Home - big success with the kids!

We really enjoyed staying in the Smart Home and would definitely stay there again. The children loved it. It had everything you could need, including a private courtyard garden, and was exactly as the name suggests - Smart!

Római vakáció

Mi azért választottuk ezen szállást mert megszerettük volna nézni Rómát ,és a tengerpart is közel volt. Természetesen autóval mentünk két gyermekünkkel..A szállás kiváló nem beszélve az áráról a környéken sem volt ilyen jó áron szállás.Nekünk minden igényünket kielégítette, nagyon kedves,barátságos segítőkész személyzet. Csak javasolni tudom ha bárki is ere jár ebben nem fog csalódni.

MAGNIFIQUE ! Très bon accueil, très propre, très pratique, on a pu cuisiner un peu ! ça fait du bien ! Si nous devons revenir sur Rome, nous séjournerons là ! Les petits apparts de RDC comme ça c'est agréable !

Excellent stay in Rome

Room was great, clean safe and a nice amount of room for four. Staff was very friendly we all worked to understand each other and it worked out well. Nice town to walk through and find a place to eat, I recommend Le Piazzette down the street.

Hatalmas csalódás. Érkezéskor amikor megmutatták a szállást, először azt hittem, hogy valami tévedés történt, majd iszonyú csalódott és dühös lettem. Kiderült, hogy az általam szép képek alapján kiválasztott szállás, több hasonló típusú szoba legjobb képeit tartalmazza, meg sem közelíti a valóságot. A vezető azt mondta, hogy a Hotels.com rakja fel így a képeket, erről Ők nem tehetnek. Én azt gondolom, hogy ha hirdetek, akkor én döntöm el, hogy mi és, hogy jelenjen meg egy hirdetési oldalon, ha ez nem felel meg a valóságnak, akkor a vendéget keményen átverem ezzel. Hosszas vita és már sírás után választhattunk másik szobát, ahol a konyha ugyan szebb volt, de ha kihúztuk az ágyat, csak oldalazva fértünk el. Pozitív, hogy a fürdő jól felszerelt, tiszta törölközőt kétszer is kaptunk. A takarítónő nagyon készséges, a recepción utána egyszer sem láttunk senkit, ha gond volt, akkor a takarítónőt kellett megkeresni. A wifire figyelni kell, mert aláíratnak egy papírt, hogy 3 GB után, fizetni kell érte, tehát ez sem felel meg a valóságnak, mert a hirdetésben semmilyen korlát nem szerepel. A wifi a fele épületig jól működött, utána vagy az udvaron, vagy a szoba egyik sarkában lehetett internetezni. A vonatközlekedés nagyon jó, a szállás helyszíne is megfelelő. Vissza nem fogunk menni sajnos.

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern i.O.

Ordentliche Unterkunft, geeignet für Familien die in Ciaimpino anreisen und nicht unbedingt in der Stadt übernachten wollen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer (KlIma, "Küche", TV) ist ok, jedoch funktionierte das WLAN nicht!! Eine Zimmerrreinigung wurde ebenfalls über die Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht durchgeführt. Für uns, mit zwei Kindern angereist, war es insgesamt in Ordnung, da wir nicht unbedingt zentral wohnen wollten und über die 5 Tage einen Mietwagen hatten.

Bella struttura tecnologica e funzionale

Una vacanza a Roma di quattro persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini), ci siamo appoggiati in questa struttura molto funzionale e pulita, a circa 30 minuti di auto dalla prima fermata di metro Linea B molto comoda per raggiungere tutto. Si entra si esce da tutte le parti della struttura con un codice a 4 cifre che scegli al momento dell'arrivo. Angolo cottura ottimo e veramente utile sia a famiglie che non. tutto molto moderno. Ambiente molto sereno. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere essenziali ma funzionali. Pulizia buona, parcheggio gratis. Posizione strategica a 200 m dalla stazione di pavona che è a mezz'ora da termini.

Hotel normal.... lejos de Roma

El hotel esta bien, se descansa muy bien en las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal es amable. Sin embargo el hotel está muy lejos de Roma, haces como 30 min, pero además sólo pasa el tren cada 30 minutos, y además tienes que caminar 10 minutos al tren. No lo recomiendo para las personas que quieran conocer Roma, ya que es difícil ir y venir. Para llegar al hotel tienes que caminar al lado de las vías durante 10 minutos, por lo tanto tengan cuidado en la noche. El internet es MUY MALO, se va a cada rato y tiene muy poca recepción.

smart home

On vous demande d'envoyer soit une copie de la CI, soit de renseigner toutes les infos de celle-ci dans un mail pour accélérer le check-in sur place alors qu'on fait une copie de la CI sur place. J'ai réservé une chambre duplex, une fois sur place, on nous a proposé un studio plein pied (en promo à ce moment là sur hôtels.com, donc moins cher que le duplex réservé). Il fallait négocier difficilement (la concierge sur place ne parle ni français, allemand ou anglais)pour obtenir le duplex. Internet est gratuit pour 1G,on nous a fait cadeau de 3G, en insistant plus. En une semaine, le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois,alors qu'il est facturé. L'établissement est à 5 min à pied de la gare,mais à partir de 8 heures du matin,il n'y a des trains que toutes les heures pour Rome.Le dernier de Rome part à 22h!Vraiment contraignant si vous voulez aller au restaurant le soir.Les apparts(assez mal isolés)sont aussi loués aux gens qui travaillent et donc se lèvent parfois très tôt,en allumant la télé, claquant les portails.Mais en général les portails n'étaient pas fermés(pb de sécurité pour les gens qui viennent avec leur propre véhicule!)La clim dans le duplex n'a quasiment chauffé que le haut,en bas il faisait toujours froid!J'étais contente d'avoir insisté pour obtenir le duplex (réservé aux longs séjours selon la dame) alors que j'avais bien pu le réserver pour une semaine sur ce site. Déçus de notre séjour.

Confort a prezzi contenuti

Camera pulita e spaziosa munita di tutto cio` che serve per un confortevole soggiorno. Dalla stazione di Pavona (a qualche centinaio di metri dall'hotel) si puo` raggiungere Roma in circa 30 minuti.

Book this Hotel if You Are Very Sure

This accommodation is not for first timers in Rome. It's NOT for the one who wants to save money on a Rome Trip. Please DO NOT trust the other reviews which say its just 36 minutes travel from Rome. That's plain misguide. In reality, starting from hotel to any major spot is at least 1:15 hrs. Your mobility is severely restricted by the last train from termini to Pavona- last train comes only at 10:00 PM. so if you have anything to do with night-life, this accommodation is a pass. What make worse is that on public holidays trains ply on two to three hours difference. Its non- sense to book this hotel if you do not have at least one week in this hotel (or you don't have your own car) and are ready to spare your Roman public holidays. A worst time would be booking it from Christmas to first weekend of new year- you will certainly waste your half the duration house-arrest in it. Now hotel itself- yes its clean and OK for A family with kids. No other thing I find motivating to say a positive thing about it. Towels were smelling, (felt unhygienic), no restaurant within hotel. It is hard to communicate with staff and even approachable. I never found reception open in my 5 days stay. For cleaning or any other supply you have to knock the doors of staff. Wi-Fi is limited to one device only though the usage limit given is excellent. The Sofa mattress was of cheap quality (you can feel the springs underneath); though the one for bedroom was very good.

Nice hotel, not close to anything

Hot water runs out in a room with four people which is ridiculous. Only one person can use wifi at a time, also super inconsiderate.
