Good option to spend the night. Walking distance to the Vatican and other main areas. Taxi $50 from/to the airport. Room was ready at 2:30pm although check out is at 11am they kindly allow you to leave the luggage. Clean room, bathroom is ok (shower is tiny and no soap holder, shampoo or similar) Not luxury as the name stated but definitely a decent option to spend 1 or 2 nights while visiting Rome.

I can say that I am very pleased that I came for business and a short break. Especially the location is very good. Within walking distance of everything to see. The building and the street really make you feel like you are in the Vatican. I would prefer it again.

Nice room, Terrible service

First, the key to enter the building never worked. Someone else always let me in. Second, after my early morning exploration of the Vatican, I noticed my room door ajar. I always make sure the door is closed behind me whether it be my resudence, a friend's house, or hotel or personal room door. When asking the woman about my door being ajar, she did not know. I entered the room and made sure nothing was missing. After showering to check out, I asked the new woman in the lobby to call me a cab. I waited for a cab for 20 minutes when the most I ever spent waiting was 5 minutes. I left after I was told it would be better if I called a shuttle.

Per circa 40 minuti non hanno risposto al telefono, alla reception non c’era nessuno ne al c. in ne al c. out. Non c’e ascensore (secondo piano), la finestra del bagno basculante non si chiudeva ed è restata aperta tutta la notte. In compenso la camera era nuova, molto pulita e confortevole. Buona anche la posizione al centro di Roma. La cassaforte non funzionava e nel frigo bar non c’era acqua (l’ho acquistata in un esercizio pubblico). Non si poteva parcheggiare vicino per lavori in corso e ho dovuto mettere la macchina in un garage di Via Gregorio VII.

es muy limpio, comodo y todo muy nuevo

El pequeño hotel esta situado en un area residencial a simple vista es una unidad de departamentos, cuando subes a la puerta indicada ya te encuentras con un unos cuartos muy limpios y bonitos, tiene todo y nuevo. Lo que me hubiera gustado sería el trato humano. No había nadie que te recibiera, que te ayudara, que te diera informes, eso lo sentí muy frio sobre todo para quien viaja sola y por primera vez. No sabia ni como moverme o tomar el autobus ni si era un area segura de caminar por las noches. Ya que no hay comercios, ni restaurantes cerca de la zona.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral,toll. Die Einrichtung passend, hat eine Minibar die man nutzen kann. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden. An der Decke des Badezimmers hatte es Schimmel, war etwas erschreckend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und war stets freundlich.

Empfang nicht besetzt. Über eine Stunde gewartet. Nach Telefonat mit Expedia in Deutschland wurde die Tür über Ferhsteuerung geöffnet. Haben den ganzen Aufenthalt kein Personal gesehen. 1 Leintuch als Bettdecke für 2 Personen. Zusätzliche Bettdecke nicht vorhanden. Haben die Duschhandtücher als Decke verwendet..Zahnputzbecher verdreckt. Wurde auch nicht gesäubert

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, wenn man viel in Vatikannähe erkunden will. Nur Bushaltestelle unweit. Es heißt Rezeption ist besetzt. Niemand war da, auch nicht als wir an- kamen. Haben 1 Std. vor der Türe gesessen, weil auch niemand ans Handy ging!!

Stayed for 5 nights Sept 2018 with my sisters and we can collectively say it’s a very nice hotel,clean ,comfortable and walking distance to the Vatican. Luca the owner is very helpful to the guest. Would definitely recommend it. There is no elevator to carry luggages but Luca was very helpful and carried our luggage going up the floor. Thanks Luca it was a wonderful experience staying in your hotel. The small balcony is a place to sit. Relaxing!

Best hotel in Rome

This hotel is the best the service was perfect the location was perfect we could see the Vatican from our balcony it was beautiful. When we arrived they were waiting for us in front of the hotel they carried our baggage up to the room because they had no elevator. I have just get transfers with no problems everything was easy. When in Rome I would never stay anywhere else.

On the 4th floor … and no elevator. Asked for two twin beds … got a queen and a crib … the crib replaced by a (not so comfortable) cot. AC not very efficient. Advertised as a B&B … but no breakfast is served. Parking … 1 spot … a considerable walk away from building … expensive!

Luca was an amazing host, and everything about the place was perfect for us, the location was great, if you want to have a traditional place with Roman feel but also a quiet place not filled with tourists this will be great. Clean, accommodating and special. I would definitely stay here again.

Too tier customer service!

Luca was amazing! Customer service was spectacular from our pick up at the airport to our drop off at the train station! They truly know how to cater to your needs and make your journey as hassle free as possible. The bed was like a dream every night to land on after a long day of touring. We truly could not ask for better!

Good For the Night

The room was clean and very comfortable. It came with a cute little balcony. Me and my friend walked here from the train station, which is close but there is a bit of an uphill to get to the room. This isn't your traditional hotel with a 24-hour service desk, but that seems to be typical in Rome. No big deal. For our one night stay before heading back home, this hotel was perfectly adequate. I would think this would be a perfect place to stay if your goal is to do all things Vatican City.
