We booked with Expedia and when we arrived in Rome the directions take you to an unmanned office across the street from the actual hotel Very confusing especially if you don’t speak Italian

Easy location to find from the main train station and smooth check in process. The room was classy, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the morning coffee that was offered.

L'hôtel est près de tout, Colisée, Panthéon, Fontaine de trévi, métro pour se rendre au Vatican très proche. L'hôtel n'est pas grand, il n'y a pas de réceptionniste, elle est là le matin pour faire le ménage et servir le déjeuner, l'hôtel est propre, la chambre aussi.

The hotel is 5-10minutes from main train station. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our cases before our room was ready. The hotel is small and on one floor of a building but there is a lift to the floor. Our room was lovely with everything we needed, complimentary wine and water, a fridge and hot tub in the room and sauna down the hall. The breakfast was brought to our room, toast, juice, pastries and fruit, very simple but good, tea or coffee. There is tea and coffee facilities in the hall 24 hrs I would use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel así como la atención del personal, siempre estuvieron en comunicación conmigo. Esta muy cercano a la estación de tren Termini, puedes encontrar restaurantes cerca y las atracciones tambien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Limpieza y comodidad muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias!!

Fantastico!
Beautiful interior and super friendly service. Breakfast served in the room was plentiful but the same every day. The only slight downside was that the hotel was a little difficult to find - a discrete name plate outside the door along with other hotels and apartments rather than a clear Hotel sign. Overall a fabulous stay in a great location for walking to attractions.

Quiet and nice, clean rooms
Little hotel(3 rooms), Nice and clean room. Unfortunatlly the serving of breakfast did not work as promised. The first day we had too call for the breakfast, we waited about 30-40 min before we called. Last day it was also delayed.

ottima struttura nelle immediate vicinanze alla stazione termini e quindi raggiungibile a piedi. Camera confortevole, vasca idromassaggio in camera, bagno molto ampio, ottime anche le condizioni di pulizia generale. Unico piccolo neo il condizionatore che non erogava aria calda. Buona la comunicazione telefonica con la reception

Very beautiful, modern and large room. A jacuzzi is amazing( after day of walk ) . My husband celebrated his 30th birthday, so they put balloons in the room, very nice !

Dera Rahamin & Yafit. Just to be correct and objective. Far from the popular sites (15 min walknig maximum). Very old elevator is subject to regular maintenance and it is safe. Upon your arrival, after your disappointment about the location, we accepted free cancellation if you'd like to change the structure and go away. Really, we hoped in your change (Don't like ? Don't stay. Simple) That's you that have decided to stay. And, to make you more happy we offer your superior room with jacuzzi (very different price) NOT GOOD We are really sorry that you stayed with us and we don't understand because you didn't go away Just for discount???

Ok hotell. Beliggenhet bra i forhold til togstasjon og severdigheter. Frokosten kan man droppe. Rommene er ok, men ekstradusj/spa på sovedelen blir ikke brukt. Ok bad.
