strong swage odor
Upon entering the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by the unpleasant scent of air freshener, making me feel quite uncomfortable. Although the fragrance dissipated when I opened the windows for ventilation, a strong swage odor emanated from the bathroom, spreading throughout the room while I slept. Since it was a two-day stay, I addressed the issue with the front desk the next morning and they kindly arranged for a room change. While the front desk staff were very kind, it was disappointing to be assigned that malodorous room, especially considering the relatively cost of the accommodation.

部屋の狭さはある程度覚悟していたが、バスタブ付きの部屋を選んだところ、部屋の中に階段があるのには参った。部屋が一層狭くなり、使い勝手が悪かった。バーのハッピー・アワーもセールスポイントだったが、乾き物のおつまみが出た程度で、大したことはなかった。

地下鉄駅近く、ツアー集合場所にしてされるポポロン広場にも近くて便利。朝食事も美味しい。　ただ部屋は広く無く、シャワールームも狭い。朝食のスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで朝から気持ちいい。また、個人の理由でもお願いするとオーフン前に朝食を取らしてくれた。

まず良かった所。チェックインはスムーズでした。早く着きすぎたので荷物だけ預けて外に出ました。戻ってくると部屋に案内され、荷物は移動されていたので有難かった。スーペリアで予約し、ツーフロアの綺麗な部屋にかなり好印象。朝食も、パンや生ハム、フルーツなど種類豊富で美味しかったです。 残念な点としては、飲んでいないウィスキーが料金に含まれていた所です。チェックアウト時に宿泊税らしきものと、冷蔵庫内のドリンク料金を現金で(カード不可)払うのですが、払い終わった後にレシートを見るとウィスキー8€が含まれていました。間違えていると伝えると金髪の女性スタッフが慌てる素振りも見せず真顔で対応されました。2泊した内の初日に飲んでいたと言われ、証拠もないのでなんとも言えず。スリも多発する町だし、最後の最後に信用できなくなったので、次は違うホテルに泊まりたいです。朝食時のスタッフやチェックイン時のスタッフはとても親切だったので、余計に残念です。

Fabulous hotel!
ポポロ広場の近くにある小さなホテルですが、部屋は清潔に保たれ、従業員も大変親切に対応してくれました。また、朝食は種類も多く、味も申し分なかったです。また再訪したいホテルです。

ホテルはとてもきれいで、便利な場所にあります。スタッフの方もとても親切で接客もまったく問題ありません。Happy hourにはbarでの飲み物が半額になるサービスもとてもよかったです。ただ、スタンダードダブルルームはとても狭いです。部屋のみならず、シャワールームも本当に人が一人立つスペースしかありません。私たちは、部屋をみる前に２０ユーロでのグレードアップを勧められ、断わりましたが、とても後悔しました。また、ExpediaでVIP Accessのホテルとなっていますが、期待しないほうがいいです。私たちはGoldですが、全くなんの追加サービスもありませんでした。

ポポロ広場の側にある素敵なホテルです。スタッフのホスピタリティを感じられるサービスでした。 お部屋は小さめですがベットも寝心地よく、アメニティがエトロでした。シャワーヘッドが手で持てるタイプなので使いやすかったです。 ホテルスタッフは皆さんいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれました。 ここの一番の売りは朝食の美味しさだと思います。生ハムからチーズに沢山のパンとケーキ、紅茶もあって朝からついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 ロケーションはショッピングストリートに近く、地下鉄とトラムの側にあります。なのに、ローマの真ん中みたいに騒がしくありません。 送迎サービスは55ユーロだったのですが、荷物代も込で空港のタクシーを拾わなくて済むならとてもリーズナブルだと思います。 またローマに行くことがあったら泊まりたいホテルです♪

ロビーやラウンジがいつもいい香りがしていて気持ちが良かった。朝食は美味しかったが野菜がないのが難点。スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。古いホテルだと思うのですがそれを全く感じないくらい綺麗でした。エレベーターは狭かったです。ハッピーアワーでアルコールは半額でした。向かいのパニーニのお店は本当に美味しかった。その隣のお店のリコッタチーズのお菓子も美味しかったです。持ち込んで部屋で食べました。滞在中快適に過ごせました。

市内の主な観光地へもヴァチカンへも、交通の便がよい。周辺には、スーパー、軽食(テイクアウト)の買える飲食店なども揃っていて、単身旅行者にとってもよい環境。夜は、通りに面していても比較的静かな環境。すべてのスタッフが気さくで感じがよい。 設備面で言えば、日本式の3階以上の部屋へは2階で一度エレベーターを乗り継ぐ必要がありやや面倒だが、セキュリティの点からはよいのかも。部屋は水廻りも含めとても清潔。お風呂（今回はリクエストによりバスタブ付）も湯量・湯音・排水いずれも問題なく快適だった。 強いて言えば、カウチソファがあればもっと寛げた。マイナス点は思いつかない。 朝食も、4泊毎日同じではあったものの、満足のいくものだった。

I wish we could have stayed at this property longer (only stayed 1 night) as it was a wonderful experience! While the room and facilities were very nice, it is the staff that really put this hotel above and beyond. Whether help with directions, best places to eat or even travel logistics to the airport or from the cruise port, they were very helpful and extremely accurate. I wish we could have stayed a little longer but after 10 days of cruising around the Med, it was time to go home. Book here - you will not be disappointed.

This is an older quaint hotel but very clean, has AC, very large hot breakfast (optional), walking distance 15-20 mins to all the main attractions. Five min walk to the shopping district. Many restaurants walking distance. Small room but large bathroom, very nice sheets and towels, and very nice toiletries. Bed is very comfortable. Has a mini bar and snacks but no coffee/tea in the room which is the first time I see this in a 4 star hotel. Would be easy to put a kettle and tea / instant coffee packages. There is an excellent coffee shop / restaurant called Sensorio Coffee Lab about 100 m away (when you exit hotel, go left). This place gets 5 star google reviews. Coffee and chai tea, excellent sandwiches, they do brunch, desserts. It’s a real gem. We would stay at this hotel again only to be able to eat there again. The fire alarm went off for 45 mins at 6am because someone was smoking in their room. Well that got us up moving quickly. The streets of Rome were dead quiet - only 3-4 people at Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. So a blessing in disguise. The hotel has a bar, sitting area with baby grand piano, and a beautiful courtyard. The staff at the hotel were super nice especially Francisco.

The River Palace in Rome is a truly lovely small hotel. The staff is absolutely fabulous, the hotel is elegant and clean, and it's an easy walk to the wonderful sights of Rome. The morning breakfast is perfect. Highly recommended.

Location of the property is perfect. Less than a 5 min walk from the Villa Borghese park (where you can row boats and view the sunset). It's also less than 5 mins from the piazza de popplo. There's loads of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. You can even walk to the colosseum (35 min walk roughly). The metro station is also less than 5 mins away if you don't want to make the slightly longer walks. The staff are really friendly and helped in decorating the room for a birthday. They also gifted us with a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

I loved my stay at this hotel and will stay again. The rooms are small but they have everything you need. The rooms are clean, turn down servicex, and staff are all amazing. This hotel is perfectly located. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe. I was about to walk to all the sites which are amazing
