ホテルのジムが最高です。 併設してあるPrince spaを利用できて、宿泊者意外にも外の人が使ってる高級スポーツクラブみたいな感じです。 ベンチ3台、ベンチプレス1台、インクラインベンチプレステ1台、スミスマシン1台、ラットプルダウン2台、チンニングマシーン、レッグプレスなど機会も豊富です。 ホテル自体も綺麗でサービスがよかったです。 気になる点は立地は悪いです。Roma terminiやバチカンまではタクシーで10€ほどで周りに何もないです。それと少し朝食がおかずが少なくてしょぼかったです。 それ以外は本当に素晴らしかったです。

愛想のないホテルスタッフ
朝、レセプションデスクにいたスタッフやベルボーイに挨拶をしても返事なし。三日間の滞在を通じてスタッフの愛想の無さが印象に残った。 初日の夜にレストランでパスタを注文、仰々しく銀の皿カバー付きで出されたが、作って暫く時間を置いたような中途半端な温かさであった。半分残す。

ハード面はいいけれど・・・
ボルゲーゼ公園のはずれにあります。５つ星らしく、クラシカルで雰囲気のあるロビーで、ローマ市内には数少ない屋外プールも合って、ゆったりできます。 ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、こちらもお部屋はとってもステキで、目の前がボルケーゼ公園なので、見晴らしが良いです。バチカンのクーポラも見えます。 バスタブはジャグジー付きで、水圧は強いくらいです。排水はイマイチですが、これは許容範囲。 ただ、ソフト面がイマイチ。５つ星ホテルにありがちな、フロントやスタッフの尊大さが気になります。不親切。 Wi-Fiはデバイスが２つまでしか繋げない（それ以上は有料）。 夕飯はホテル内のレストランで食べようかと思ったのですが、客どころかスタッフもおらず、ビックリしました。 朝食はふつう。ホールスタッフも、頼まないと動かないので、ソフト面には期待せずに行くのがいいです。

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, für die Preisklasse zu kleinde Zimmer, Mein Zimmer hatte eine unbrauchbar eng zum Waschbecken montierte Toilette, trotz telefonischer Ankünigung einer Behinderung und deshalb Buchung der höheren Klasse "De Luxe". Als Ersatz für das ungenügende Zikmer wurde eine Junior Suite angeboten. Um zu duschen musste der Einstieg in eine Badewanne von mehr als 60 cm Höhe bewältigt werden, was einem Behinderten unmöglich war. Das Hotel verlange dafür 200 € tgl. Aufpries - für ein Zimmer ohne bauchbare Duche. Inakzeptabel-Gehen Siie der Sache nach!

I picked this property be a use online it said that it had laundry facilities; it did not. I still rated the property 5/5 stars Check in:Easy and fast Check out. Easy and fast Staff: Professional and friendly Room: My room was 327. Everything was perfect and clean. Nice decor. Internet: Fast. I was able to catch up on my work Location: it is far from main attractions but I did not mind. We take taxis to go everywhere The hotel will call a taxi when you are in need. Taxi service is very fast. Room service: We ate dinner. Everything was very good. The person that delivered our food was very nice. Food was tasty. I did not have time to enjoy any other amenities at the hotel as we only stayed for 24 hours . I felt very safe. I travelled with my daughter (11). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The best kept secret of Rome

Great location near the park, friendly helpful staff, good food and facilities. However the room was very tired, dark and lacked sockets/USB sockets, that a 5 star hotel should provide. It has the problem that many older hotels have, lack of investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Perfect Rome location away from the crowds.
A peaceful contrast and haven after a hectic day sightseeing in Rome . A visit to the pool is a perfect way to unwind . The staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful and efficient . They ensure each guest feels welcome and go out of their way to help ....a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative is they will not give you an iron and want you to pay for laundry service. This isn’t helpful if you arrive with clean clothes and just need to press an item to wear that day/in real time. Small note but applicable to many.

Great service but décor very old fashioned so looks tired despite being clean. No power sockets at bedside. No mirror with lights near a power socket (for make-up). Nice long hours for breakfast (and delicious breakfast tea), and good wi-fi. Concierge able to get taxis quickly into town.

The hotel is great, the staff great as well. Our bathroom was too small and sink wasn’t working well. There’s patio but we got the park/street view so didn’t use it at all, it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool/spa facility but it wasn’t open so that’s a bummer. I wasnt notified, had i known i wouldve canceled. But it’s close to Villa Borghese park so it was a plus. Bike riding there was fun.
