Excellent central location
We walked to all the great sites Rome has to offer. And had many lovely Italian meals at the nearby restaurants and bistros. The apartment is surprisingly quiet and there is AC which is necessary during this warm summer. The apt is very large with a proper kitchen for making coffee (buy your own) and a room for watching Netflix and the outside patio is cute for a cup of coffee or glass of wine and for drying laundry. Only downside is cleanliness (floors were very dirty) and some noisy neighbors above us. But we loved our stay and definitely recommend Nina’s Place.

Well Outfitted Apartment
The owner was very good at communicating during the booking process and provided lots of good info for our trip. A friend of the owner was our contact person during our stay. Giulia reached out to us before we arrived and met us at check-in. Giulia gets a Five Star Rating for being very pleasant and quick to respond. He also arranged our transportation to the airport. A very friendly and helpful person. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The only issue we had was only the bedrooms have air-conditioning. It was very hot for our visit and it took awhile for the AC to be effective. The AC does not cool the rest of the apartment. Too, the outside air conditioning unit is below one of the bathroom windows, which made that bathroom VERY warm. There is a big closet directly below one of the AC units, so that unit didn't cool the bedroom as well as the other bedroom. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and the location. And very much appreciated how we were treated by the owner and Giulia.

Difficult communication
To be fair, the hostess said she had sent me the details (such as a unit number, which I did not have prior to stay) prior to the trip. We dis comjunicate prior to the trip but I can not find mention of the location of the unit. I found the unit by starting at the top

Nice location but Nina's house has a mould issue
Our experience was deeply disappointing, primarily due to a significant mould issue that was concealed by the host. Pre-Stay Communication: Before booking, I read several reviews mentioning mould problems. Due to health concerns, I reached out to the host to inquire about this issue. I was assured there were no mould problems and trusted this information. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the host's assurance was misleading. The bathrooms had a strong smell of air fresheners, which initially masked the issue but soon became overbearing. The ensuite bathroom we could not even enter the mould smell was so strong; the second bathroom was pretty bad as well. Being exposed to mould was not only uncomfortable but also potentially dangerous. The host's lack of transparency about this serious concern is what upset me the most. It's understandable that properties might have issues, but honesty is crucial so guests can make informed decisions.

Fantastic location and comfortable setting
A wonderful location close to all the major tourist spots. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and the host was helpful and friendly. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We had a great time - thank you!

Nice stay
The overall of the place was very nice and clean. Out of three air conditioners only one worked. The steps going out onto the patio area had an iron gate that you cannot open to go sit out there. It’s misleading. The ad makes you think you can, but you can’t. Next door is a parking place where there’s cars coming in and out but that really didn’t bother us but it would if you were a light sleeper. Also be sure you bring a phone adapter for your cell phone and some washcloths as well.

Perfect Florence getaway!
This apartment was a dream - elegant decor, comfortable bed, coffee pods, cookies, and most importantly: the host left multiple instruction sheets regarding operation of items in the unit and nearby places to eat. Lots of small "bars" to get a coffee nearby, and one near the train station that offered English breakfast.

Location was good however The second bedroom is the living room so there are no place to sit and relax except the small kitchen with only 2 chairs The ensuite is so bad with mold on the ceiling and in the shower it’s horrible The beds are not comfortable and the linens are cheapest possible. The master bedroom. Actually the only bedroom had no top sheet and the comforter had no cover The second bedroom is a single sofa type. Nina’s house describes itself as luxury apartments It absolutely is not

Zentral gelegen, ruhig, insgesamt sauber. Wohnung mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet, elektrische Steckdosen mit Eurostecker nicht kompatibel, nur 1 Adapter in der Wohnung. Küchenausstattung spärlich, Wasserkocher verkalkt, Zugang zur Dachterrasse über eine Stiege gefährlich. Badezimmer mit Schimmel , ein Duschschlauch defekt, Duschkopf verkalkt. Eine Nachttischlampe defekt. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin aber sehr nett und unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Great location with walking distance to most all sites. It was a fairly big apartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen if you wanted to cook. There a lot of resteraunts near by if you dont want to cook. My husband and i stayed for 2 nights.

Les photos sur le site donnent une impression de cocoon douillet, en fait l’appartement est « normal ». Très mal équipé en cuisine: loué pour 5-6, il n’y a que trois assiettes plates et 4 verres. Les matelas sont pas terribles, il y avait des lampes de chevet mais pas d’ampoules! par contre il est plutôt grand et clair. Problème d’accueil avec un seul lit fait pour une location de 4 personnes et pas de draps dans l’appartement.. La propriétaire a été à l’écoute mais n’a pas pu faire grand chose, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant minuit. Bref, très cher pour les services.

Huge Apartment in Perfect Location
We loved our stay here. the place is very large, which is lovely, and the location is amazing. For those who may be mobility impaired - the elevator stops on the half floor, so there is a half flight of stairs to use to get into the apartment. It didn't bother us at all, but I do want to mention it. The owner was lovely, and had great communication. We even left something after and she promptly shipped it back for us. Would stay here again

Great location and Space!
Absolutely loved the location and space in this apartment! Great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( although a bit of a smell in one of the bathrooms but it is an older building/plumbing). We even got to know the very friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant next door and loved the food and drink there too!! The host was very responsive and even provided a generous list of things to do and places to eat! Would definitely recommend staying here when in Rome!!

Great location. Appropriations were ok. 1 bed was not so comfortable. Though it was a pull out couch. Shower in 1 bathroom was very tight, so if you are a tall or large person it can be challenging to use. Ilaria was a good host with good communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Just old and tired
All the beds were uncomfortable especially the pull out couch. No toilet paper in either bathroom. After inquiring host finally got back to me and delivered toilet paper. Not impressed at all.location and area is great.

We got to the apartment 30 minutes before check in the keys were available at the black box that was told to us to get it from so we went in and the apartment was a mess with trash in the kitchen from previous people that stayed, bathrooms still dirty and they just left towels and sheets in one of the couches, we called the person responsible and she told us that we were early that she had problems with the cleaning people that somebody was coming but that person showed up after 2pm when check in was supposed to happen, the lady that came to clean told us that we had to leave the apartment after been exhausted from traveling we couldn’t not even freshen up since everything was dirty, the responsable person that we booked with gave us a credit of $35 for not cleaning the property on time, We left the room so they can clean and a guy from next door business, asked us if everything was clean now and acceptable when we came back to the apartment, we were surprised how he knew what was going on, I felt unsafe and had to sleep with chairs blocking the main door just in case, I’m glad we only stay there one night, not a good experience at all I hope they are more professional next time.
