Was a lovely clean room with Air conditioning, the staff were friendly, great location, near to Spanish steps. The one comment I have is that if you struggle with stairs, there are a fair few stairs to climb whichever room you stay in. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay, and the room was quiet with very good soundproofing. Most places you'd want to see are within a thirty minute walk, near to the metro. So yes, highly recommended.

It was air conditioned the beds was so comfy the rooms was in a busy area but you never got street noise . The receptionist was so informative over all a great accommodation which I would highly recommend

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — very close to the city center with easy access to everything, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!”

Very hospitable, accommodating! Eric Lucia n team. Very central, few steps from the Spanish steps and many other famous landmarks. Hop n hop off bus pick up point is close by, tour is the best way to see Rome in one n a half hour!

Eric & staff were so helpful and friendly! They arranged transport for us from the airport- it was excellent to get into a nice clean car after a long flight and get to the hotel! We got there before check in time and they were able to store our bags while we explored the heart of Rome! So many landmarks within a short stroll! Location was excellent!! They also gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink (wine) at the attached restaurant Le Bistro. There are steep stairs - they helped us with bags but if anyone has trouble with stairs keep this in mind. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

Stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and at that time it made a decent and quite fresh appearance. This time, I spent 3 nights and it was terrible to say the least. It seems as if there has been done no upgrades or works whatsoever since then and it was really bad standard throughout. Even my son thought it was a sh-thole to be honest. The only thing that is good is the location but when I put that together with the overall impression I would rather stay in a worse spot but on a fresh hotel because this hotel is not up to any standard more than perhaps a 1, maybe 2 Star accommodation.

We got to the address and met the gentlemen who showed us to our place who was very nice. I did not know it was not in the same location and we walked two blocks to it. You will need to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. Spanish Steps are right there and god location for sights and shops. We needed to leave our bags between checking into another hotel we had booked and were told to drop them at reception with the keys. When we got there no one was there and did not feel comfortable leaving our bags there with no one to watch them. We had to bring them to my sons hotel to watch them for us. If we did not have that option available to us we would not have been able to go on our tour that was booked.

Ottima Struttura, in una traversa di via Condotti; Ho apprezzato davvero tutto, camera spaziosa con letto comodo, bagno con doccia spaziosa e fantastica vasca idromassaggio, finestre che isolano bene per la zona in cui si trova la stanza; Check-in e Check-out molto veloci... se vogliamo trovare proprio il pelo nell'uovo, il bidet non è molto pratico datochè la gamba destra non ci entra perchè c'è una colonna molto vicina; in bagno non è possibile aprire la finestra, senza far entrare puzza di cucinato... ma ripeto sono dettagli!

세상친절, 스페인광장 걸어서 7초, 폼피 티라미슈 걸어서 3분. 명품거리 위치(짱짱)

명품 거리 샵도 가깝고 스페인 광장은 걸어서 7초 정도 걸려서 너무나 좋구요. 그리고 아침조식 8유로인데 전혀 아깝지 않아요. 숙박 도와주신 매니져 아저씨 제가 살면서 본 분들중(친구 포함)에 가장 친절하시구요. 그리고 실비아(Silvia) 직원도 여행 일정 능동적으로 먼저 나서서 같이 도려주려고 하고 조식 요리도 짱 잘해요. 강추하고, 담엔 우리 부모님 모시고 올꺼에요~! 참, 욕도에 버블바스 풀고 에어샤워도 해보세요. +꿀팁: 폼피 티라미슈 걸어서 3분. 아저씨 거의 한국인. 딸기 티라미슈 강추 (딸기를 쏟아 부어줘요.). 방에서 가까워서 밤에가서 줄도 안서도 그냥 매일 먹었어요.

The hotel is excellent and the staff is great. SIlvia was the person who assisted us the most and she was very helpful and kind. The breakfast, which was 8E was fantastic. While the room is on the smaller side, it is very nice, The bathroom was well appointed with a jacuzzi tub, although it takes a long time for the tub to fill. The stairs to enter the hotel are very steep and difficult if you have heavy luggage. The hotel is a hidden gem in the Spanish Steps area. The property had everything we needed.

스페인광장 바로 앞이라 좋습니다. 다만, 8시까지 체크인인데 8시 15분에 늦은 체크인을 했더니 이십오유로 추가요금 받더군요. 씨티택스하고 추가요금 이것저것하니 일박 숙박비 더 나옵니다. 대한항공타시는 분들은 참고하세요. 시설은 그냥저냥 괜찮은데 냉장고 고장나서 머무는 내내 미적지근한 물만 마셨습니다. 작은규모라 직원과 마주칠일 없고, 엘베없고 계단 가팔라서 무거운짐 들지 못하시는 분들은 참고하세요. 위치는 정말 더할나위없이 좋습니다. 스페인광장과 2분거리에요. 방음 잘되고 거리 소음은 잘 들리지 않았습니다. 침구도 편안했구요.

Litet mysigt hotell

Riktigt mysigt litet hotell nära Spanska trappan. Trevlig service och förvånansvärt bra frukost för ett frukosten med fyra stolar. Lite branta trappor som kan vara jobbiga om man är trött eller har problem med knän. Annars trivdes vi suveränt och personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma och familjära.

スペイン広場すぐ近くなので、ショッピングには便利な場所です。私たちは、３人での宿泊で、別館のアパートメントでした。 アパートメントタイプなので、フロントなどはありません。 自分たちで鍵をあけ、エレベーターで２階（実際は３階）までいき、 さらに階段であがります。そして玄関をあけさらに階段で上にあがり、部屋にたどり着きます。部屋の中もロフトがあり、シングルベッド２台あります。とにかく階段がおおいので、出入りなどよくする人はきついかもしれません。ただ、お部屋はひろく、キッチンも冷蔵庫もあるので、長期間滞在されたりする場合には、本当お家のように使用できるのでおすすめです。

Excellent service, just fantastic rooms!

The location was great for our short stay at the end of our Italy trip, the night's leading up to heading back to the States. Walking distance to a lot of touristy things we left for this side of the trip and did not disappoint. Breakfast was abundant, service was accommodating and the rooms were amazing. I believe there were 5 rooms in the townhouse but did not feel crammed. Over all a great place and would absolutely recommend for couples or single travelers.

Själva hotellet är litet med mycket engagerad personal och liten men komplett frukost. Vår familj bodde i en lägenhet tillhörande hotellet strax intill. Perfekt för 5 personer med komplett kök ca 2 minuter från Spanska Trappan.
