朝ご飯は美味しかったです。 建物が古いせいでしょうが、 エレベーターが狭くて遅いです。 また、シャワーの温度調節するのが難しい。 これは、欧州のホテルには、ありがちなので、 まあ、しかたがないのかもしれません

Good location, good service.
バーゲンで、テルミニ駅から徒歩5分くらい、約4500円と格安で泊まれました。古くて狭く、殺風景なのは否めませんが、清潔感はありました。フロントスタッフも皆さんとても親切でした。指定のチェックイン時刻より3時間ほど早く着いたのですが、既に部屋が準備してあるということで、すぐに通してくれました。エレベーターもありスーツケースの移動も楽々でした。当初、朝食無しプランでしたが、特別に朝食をつけてくれて、種類豊富なメニューも堪能できました。

ローマ駅まで徒歩五分 立地は申し分無し 周辺の治安はそれ程良いとは言えないが、深夜になるまでは概ね問題無し 部屋は十分広くて清潔。朝食はローマのこの価格帯のホテルとしては平均的

テルミニ駅から近くアクセスが良かったです。 ホテルから徒歩でいろいろ観光しに行けました。 部屋自体も思っていたよりも広くて、天井も高かったのでゆっくりくつろげました。 無料Wi-Fiが使えたので助かりました！

感想
ロケーションはテルミニ駅に近く便利でした。部屋も綺麗にしてあり良い感じですがベットしかなく、間が抜けた感じの部屋でした。フロントの対応も笑顔で良いと思います。部屋は広かったですが、床が柔らかく歩くとゆれていました。シャワーの圧力が弱く洗いにくく、バスタブに栓がなくまた、蛇口の切り替えができなくでお湯をためることができなかったです。朝食には満足しています。全体的には悪くもなくと、いう感じでした。

駅からも近く、観光にも便利でした。 朝食は毎朝同じメニューでしたが、スクランブルエッグやハム、ソーセージ、パン、チーズなど充分な量でした。

This property is close to the train station. However at the time we visited there was a problem with homeless people camping on the route to the hotel. If you take a back route they can be avoided. The hotel was quaint with a nice lobby and hallways. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice expect the shower was very small, had no hand held, and the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. I thought I had the air conditioning on, but seemed warm, and we were there when outside temp was 20 degree celcuis. The breakfast was amazing including hot and cold breakfast items and tons of cakes and danishes and coffee to juice to champagne (made mimosas).

Camera singola pessima. Piatto doccia con diverse zone arrugginite, nemmeno una mensola per poggiare il necessario, porta carta igienica rotto. Alla testata del letto non c'è nessuna presa, cellulare quindi lontano. Wi Fi dell'hotel praticamente inesistente. E guai ad aprire la tenda: interno del palazzo squallidissimo, balconcino sotto la finestra indecente per il guano dei piccioni. Unica nota positiva: eccellente colazione.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to Roma Termini (5 mins walk), and to the site-seeing locations like Colosseum. Breakfast was amazing. Cons: Too small elevator. Cleanliness in and around the vicinity was satisfactory. Hotel only supplied hand soap, and 2in1 Shampoo/Body wash. My hair was so dry not having Hair conditioner. Can't accomodate early check in before 2pm.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Somit alle römischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Typisches Hotel, das eine schöne Substanz hat, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. In Summe aber gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Room so so, bathroom small but good water pressure and lots of hot water. Shower tiny. Bed not great, but slept OK. Breakfast very good! In total ok value for money in a very expensive city!

Zeer gedateerde kamer, airco aanwezig en onmisbaar maar zeer lawaaierig, koelkast/minibar werkte niet, opbergkasten konden niet gebruikt worden wegens zeer muffe geur, badkamer stond volledig onder water na het douchen (inloopdouche), geen tafeltje of iets anders om koffers op te plaatsen, nog oude dekens op de bedden zonder hoeslaken (niet meer van deze tijd). Positief was het personeel dat zeer vriendelijk was, goed ontbijtbuffet, gratis WiFi in gans het hotel en de locatie die rustig was maar toch vlakbij het station en restaurants en winkels.

Worst hotel I have been. A/C air conditioner didn't work. It was running but room was hot. outside temperature really hot (about 95 F / 35 C). If you are American, don't go, as you are used to much better hotel. You will be uncomfortable, trust me. I believe that if the hotel advertise A/C it should work, same as WiFi.. Our room didn't really get any wifi. Location was good, if you arrive with train, as is it by Termini main train station. For us was just for one night before getting the flight the next day. It is about 15 minutes walking to the colosseum. Staff was nice, but nothing he can do it. He provided us a fan. Expedia should drop this hotel from their list, otherwise I will not use Expedia anymore. Really bad experience. A motel 6 in US will be much better.

Negatif : confort de la chambre. Un coup de neuf ne serait pas du luxe. Chambre 2 personnes dans laquelle 2 lits 1 personne été ajoutés : espace plus que réduit qui ne correspond pas à ce que laissaient penser les photos. Pas de climatisation, juste une légère ventilation. Traces sur les murs. Fond de baignoire qui se délite. Pare-douche cassé : 1 seul vantail => sdb inondée à chaque douche. Bureau branlant. Positif : Personnel sympathique Petit déjeuner Proximité gare et métro

Good value for a spacious room in a very central location. Nicely appointed lobby. Offered water and a small snack in lobby which I found very gracious. Weird key card to get into your room and hotel would only give us 1 room key even though we booked a triple room . Would suggest hotel provide in room safes .
