2023年3月に宿泊しました。順次リノベしている状況でした。綺麗でした。テルミニから徒歩3分程度なので使いやすいホテルです。 飛行機到着後、出てきたスーツケースが歪んでいたのでトンカチを貸してほしいと頼んだらホテルの方が直してくれました。

誕生日プレゼントをいただきました。
ローマテルミニ駅から近く、どこに行くにも非常に便利です。空港行きバス乗り場もすぐ近くにあるのも良かったです。 朝食開始時間があと30分ほど早ければ、朝一番に観光に行くことが出来るのでそこは残念でした。 滞在中に誕生日を迎えましたが、部屋にワインがプレゼントされておりかんどうしました。

テルミニ駅間近で観光に便利
テルミニ駅とサンタ・マリア・マッジョーレ教会の間に位置し、観光にとっても便利なホテルです。 朝食はサラダからパン、卵、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、フルーツ等にドリンクバーで充実。 フロントの係の人はとても親切で何でも教えてくれます。 ４人一部屋でしたのでとても狭かったし、建物自体が古い感じはしましたが、 夜も静かでしっかり休めたし、この立地・朝食でこの値段なら文句ありません。

立地はとても良かったのですが、清潔感があまり良くないように感じました。 シーツが何故か酢の匂いがして快適に眠れませんでした。建物が古いのは仕方ないと思いましたが匂いがやはり気になりました。

テルミニ駅にも近く移動しやすい場所にあります。 設備もスタッフも思った以上に良く、全体的に感じの良いホテルでした。 タクシーやオペラの予約もすぐに対応してもらえました。

テルミニに近いホテルで便利な場所にあります。
大雨の中、チェックインしようとしたら予約してあるにも関わらず客室がないとのこと。代替えホテルを予約したのでそちらに泊まってくれと言われて、仕方なく雨の中を再度そちらのホテルに移動。 こんなことは初めてです。

宿泊した部屋はシャワーだけ。五階。朝食は、ビュッフェ形式でそこそこおいしい。スタッフは英語が通じる。

予約、支払い済みのホテルから、他の悪条件のホテルに一方的に変更された。
10月11-13日に2泊予約したが、ホテルに到着した途端、別のホテルに変更すると一方的に通告された。案内されたホテルの部屋は狭く(トイレ･シャワーを入れて10平方メートル前後で、シャワーの仕切りもなし)、地上階で、屋外の騒音(街路、レストランの雑踏、音楽)が筒抜け、雨戸を閉めても遮音性は全くなく、23：00過ぎまで眠れる状況ではなかった。これが1泊100€を超す四つ星ホテルとは到底信じられない(二つ星ホテルでもこんなひどい部屋に泊まったことはない)。しかも、宿泊費は前もってカード決済しておきながら、到着してから他の悪条件のホテルに変更するというのは、地元の状況のわからない外国人客の足元を見た悪質な対応で、当然と言わんばかりのクロークの態度からして、これまでもエクスペディアのネット予約を利用した客に同様の行為を繰り返してきた可能性が高い。少なくとも安心してネット予約や事前カード支払いできるホテルではない。

部屋の大きさもゆったりとできるもので、バスルームも十分快適なものでした。朝食込と言う事で、助かりなお十分満足の出来るないようでした。freeWiFiがなかったこと、ロビーが狭いことが残念ではありました。

なぜノーブックなのか？
ローマテルミニ駅からすぐの好立地。部屋は清潔で快適です。ただ朝到着して予約していることを伝えスーツケースを預けたにもかかわらず、夕方ホテルに行くと昼に連絡がなかったのでノーブックだと云われヴェネツィア広場近くの他のホテルへ行くように手配されました。当然そのホテルまでのタクシー代と翌日のこちらのホテルまでのタクシー代は出してもらえましたがいかがなものかと思いました。

This incredible find is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with equally impressive staff. The rooms that we stayed in were rich with charm and character and easily suited for our party of 3. This is definitely well worth staying for the beautiful courtyard and the breakfast offered. I'm looking forward to returning to Villa Royal very soon!

The A/C in our room never cooled the room. We had it down to 20 centigrade and it never happened. Lots of construction in the hotel. The rooftop bar is just a room on the top floor. Not a true rooftop bar.

Der Boden ist aus Fliesen. Unser Junge hat mit weissen Soken im Zimmer gelaufen, die Soken waren schnell Schwartz. Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt. Der Frühstück war ganz Ok, und das Personal net. Eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the train station cause I there on the train . But i was there for 2 nights and in the morning i tried going to the roof top and the lady upstairs at the cafeteria told me only for people who payed for breakfast and breakfast is over is past 10 look at your watch you no see, that’s what she told me I was like WTH is wrong with this lady .breakfast is over so what that have to do with me going to the roof top .it’s literally 30 minutes walking to everything and on the way back it’s going up the hill but the worst part is this place outside on the streets looks like you might get robbed.so if you go please just pay a little extra and stay somewhere that’s 5 minutes walking to the Trevi Fountain it will be your best time you’ll have if you just stay close to the Trevi fountain

Very clean. Friendly front desk staff. Just had a misunderstanding with the maintenance guy regarding the door. Otherwise, our room is very comfortable and modern. Love the bathroom with LED lights. Only thing is the room need more sockets.

Family short break.
Enjoyed our few days in this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helped us with the bags in a late check in. Location was great, 2 minute walk to the termini metro and train station which meant you were never far away from all the main attractions in Rome. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a good choice and the hotel was spotless. They all work very hard and are very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small for a family of four but for all the time we spent in it, it absolutely did the job, a great city hotel. Would highly recommend.

Precis vid tågstationen om man tar tåget från flygplats vilket var smidigt. Fick checka in tidigare. Frukost var helt ok. Rummen ok. Lite platta kuddar och hård säng. Gymmet var slitet och allt fungerade inte. Men skivstång och massa vikter fanns så de blev bra träning ändå. Bra löpband. Lite långt från sevärdheter men vi gillar att gå så inga problem för oss. Rekommenderar absolut hotellet.

Very close to Termini. Can walk to most tourist sites, can take the metro to The Vatican. Breakfast is great! Friendly staff. Would return.

Upon arriving and walking in the door, we were greeted with friendly smiles. Gianfranco and Delena were excellent! There friendliness was awesome. The room we had was excellent, the beds were very soft. The room was clean and the bathroom was out of this World Beautiful. We were located very close to the train station and city centre. We will stay again.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel with 3 children. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect size. The best thing about this hotel is its location, 2 blocks away from Roma Termini which makes it super easy if you're using Rome as the base and then from there take day trips elsewhere. There are plenty of restaurants around, most were open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we did not notice much of a difference. The staff was very courteous and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The cleaning crew were great as well. Overall, we loved it, recommend it and will stay here again.

"Hotel Palladium Palace in Rome, Italy, is an average hotel, situated in the heart of Tourist area and close to Rome Central Station. Well suited for tourists. Its location is unbeatable, being within walking distance from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. All within a radius of 30 Minutes walk. We stayed in a quadruple room with two double beds. Very compact room and hardly much space to keep 4 big suitcases. The front desk staff was not very helpful. We asked for extra tea bags and they charged us 2.5 Euros per bag. breakfast was great with lot of options as it was included in our room price. Worst part of this hotel is the noise on the road. We had a lot of disturbance at night due to traffic , repair works, and sirens. We had to keep the windows open as the room AC was turned off by the management. Only heating was on. For tourists, the essential factors in an hotel stay are convenience, cleanliness, and comfort - the '3 Cs.' On these criteria, Hotel Palladium scores 10/10, 6/10 and 3/10 respectively. I won’t be coming back to this hotel again unless I have not other options ---
