Rome has become a really expensive city to visit. Lodgin especially. Staff on Giotto is nice and guest-oriented. Room was nothing representative for the price, bathroom was quite small.

Alessio was super friendly and welcoming! He gave us some great recommendations around Rome. This hotel is in a nice quiet area, yet still walking distance from the livelihood of Rome. A great place to stay for a few nights :)

The hotel is a small boutique hotel but the service was great, staff was nice and very helpful. The beds were comfortable, great free breakfast spread with strong coffee and pastries. It's a great location as well. I would return to this hotel when I'm in Rome.

Few issues
The staff were very friendly but the room is extremely dated. We had one useable plug. The toilet didn’t flush. The mirror seemed to have electricity shooting across it. The bunk beds looked unsafe but they worked so that’s kinda moot. It was cheaper than most places and the location is good. Breakfast is good too!

Pictures are not what the hotel really is. Very old and poor maintenance. No hot water. The sink and toilet overlapped each other. Mold in the shower. Sheets think and rough. Hotel does have A/c but it is so old and not maintained that noise is unbearable to sleep, the do have fan ….. but it seems it will come off the ceiling at any time, and noisy too. I do NOT recommend this place at all! However, staff super helpful.

Very helpful staff, hotel has shared stairwell were there was construction work being carried out on other property. Looking pasted this the hotel was very clean and inviting. Very well priced and would use again & recommended

Room that offered to us wasn’t good. Bathroom washbasin wasn’t draining properly. Staff was very friendly and helpful! He gave us Map for attractions around and guided us.

not really hotel. rooms in 3rd floor of building, our room was suppose to be upgraded for 3 people, there was 3 crowded bed not at all like the picture, and the window that separated the beds from the shower was transparent, so for showering the rest of us got out of the room.

Nous avons séjourné avec mon conjoint une semaine à l’hôtel Giotto Flavia durant le moi de septembre. Malheureusement, nous avons fortement été déçu malgré les jolies photos de l’hôtel trouvé sur Internet. Dès notre arrivée nous avons vite été désenchanté. En effet, pour accéder à l’hôtel qui est situé au deuxième étage du bâtiment qu’il occupe, il faut passer par un hall puis prendre des escaliers qui sont plein de poussières. Mais cela ne reste qu’un détail comparé au grand manque d’insonorité de l’hôtel. Lorsque vous êtes dans votre chambre vous entendez tout, vraiment TOUT : - Les allées et venues des gens dans l’hôtel - Les portes s’ouvrir et se fermer - Le personnel entre eux et avec les clients - Le réveil des gens qui sonne - Les gens qui toussent dans leur chambre - Les conversations des gens dans leur chambre - Le téléphone des gens sonner dans leur chambre - La télévision des gens dans leur chambre mais aussi … les ébats sexuels des chambres voisines ! Autre soucis, la salle de bain ne contient aucune zone d’aération. De ce fait, la zone est constamment humide attirant de nombreux insectes et les serviettes restent mouillées. Je vous conseil de ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner car il ne vous demande pas à quelle heure vous souhaitez être servit et le service ne commence qu’à partir de 7:30 (ce qui est compliqué quand on a des excursions tôt le matin). Pour les points positifs, l’emplacement est très bien et le personnel très aimable.

Jättebra. Badrummet kunde ha varit liiite fräschare, men i övrigt jättebra. Trevlig personal och bra frukost för att vara kontinental.

Localização muito boa mas a cama é muito ruim. Banheiro pequeno com você pequeno mas água é quente. Cobraram uma taxa de 3 euros por pessoa dia que não estava descrito na reserva.

We thank you for your experience and we are pleased that you appreciated the Hotel location's in the center of Rome. About the oldest matresses we are all replacing; for the 3 euros fee is indicated in the booking's conditions and it's due by the law, so we have to make it pay; so we are sorry that it hasn't been understood.

Room was fine. Breakfast was big and tasty, served in the room. Location was near to Termini but not very near tourist attraction.
