､ﾄｲﾚの水の出が非常に悪いので1回流した後に続けて使用できず､しばらく時間を置かないと使用出来ない状態でしたので朝の差迫った時間帯は、困る事が多くありました。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
お薦めできません
ロケーションが良いので宿泊を決めましたが、部屋が狭く、汚く、鍵がガタガタ、上の階で洗面所を使うと流れる音が耳元に、これが四ツ星とは思えません。良いのはパンテオンまで10分ということだけ。朝食も最低でした。

Breakfast is included. It had a sitting room downstairs. Neat & clean. The room had no window in bathroom and the light was so high above the sink you couldn't see to shave or put on makeup. Shower was a little small for men. Hotel needs a little updating. The view from the rood was spectacular.

Needs some upgrades. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were paper thin. Doors aren’t sound proof so we heard people walking in hallways and going into their rooms. It sounded like they were in the room with us! Room and public areas are clean. Centrally located and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The property obviously is old. However age should not take away from the upkeep. Beds,Walls, paint, sinks toilets etc. These items shoukd always be cleean and replaced immediately as needed.

Perfect location right by the Piazza Navona. Nice breakfast every morning and AC that works! Walkable distance to all the major Rome sights.

Péssimo custo-benefício.
A infraestrutura é precária e muito antiga. Diferente da propaganda, o hotel não possui academia; do mesmo modo, o bar não funciona (só existe o espaço dele). O espaço do banheiro para tomar banho é minúsculo. O atendimento e a localização são excelentes, mas existem outras opções que oferecem isso e ainda entregam estrutura mais nova, de melhor qualidade, e pelo mesmo preço. Apesar de divulgado como 4 estrelas, ele deixou de merecer esse rótulo há décadas. No máximo, duas estrelas. Péssimo custo-benefício, considerando a existência de outras opções no mesmo local.

La struttura era buona e in ottima posizione. Ma mi sono dovuto fermare un'altra notte e, a fronte di un prezzo Expedia di 60 euro, ho dovuto pagare 80 euro. Francamente non ho capito perché, ma la prossima volta prenoterò sempre tramite Expedia. Però il comportamento del gestore è stato molto scorretto.

This is the absolutely worst hotel I ever been into! For sure it needs to be reinstated from 4 stars hotel! Where do I start, from the front desk reception that can’t help you with anything because poor employee is the only one working! (Cheap owner need to hire more employees) also no helper to get your luggage to the room because the elevator is the smallest elevator you can imagine to the point that only one person and 2 bags can barely fit in it. The room is cold and dirty, the bathroom is not heated, you need to keep the bathroom door open because it’s so cold, the bathroom has a window to the street that is not sealed, it leaks cold and noises from the street, so you need to choice here; are you ok with cold, or street noise! The shower is very tiny, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Everywhere in the room you look at corners, it’s either rusted, falling apart or really dirty! Not let’s talk about the breakfast, no omelette, food is really really cold ,, I am not exaggerating! If you read my review, do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE, go spend a little more and get a peace of mind.

Muy malo ! Sucio ! No andaba la ducha !!! No abría la caja fuerte ! Y tenían personal ahí y no pudieron resolverlo ! Me fui a otro hotel ! No quisieron devolverme nada ! Desastre !!! No lo recomiendo !!!! In English !!! Very bad! Dirty! The shower didn't work!!! Wouldn't open the safe! And they have staff there and they can't figure it out! I went to another hotel! They didn't want to give me anything back! Disaster !!! I do not recommend it!!!!

Läget är fantastiskt och frukostterassen som även kan användas på kvällstid med utsikt över centrala Rom är makalös. Rummen är ju inte i toppskick, huset är gammalt, och trafiken kan ibland upplevas störande nattetid beroende på rum men, det är vårt favorithotell i Rom!
