The manager was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and she allowed us to leave all our luggage while we explored Rome until the room was ready. Convenient location as well. It was a short stay but we really enjoyed it!

Punto d'appoggio per il centro di Roma ma non solo visto la vicinanza alla metro Barberini. La reception è operativa dalle 9 alle 17, negli altri orari per esigenze bisogna fare eventualmente riferimento all'hotel White. Il soggiorno è stato di nostro gradimento, con gli operatori molto gentili e disponibili; ci hanno custodito il bagaglio sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Per i prossimi soggiorni penso lo risceglieremo

Staff spoke English and gave recommendations for food/activities. There's AC but it's not very cold or strong so they brought a fan which helped a lot but it was still warm at night since it was 100 degrees. There's a mini fridge and it kept drinks pretty cold! Good size bathroom and bed. Elevators are TINY so we took the stairs. Free juice/water machine from 9am-5pm.

Great location but…
Staff was accommodating, but could not get WiFi to work in the room, as far as location it was minutes away from Trevi fountain multiple restaurants, Spanish steps and multiple shops. Not the best, but definitely not the worst, a solid 7/10.

Hotel pequeño, buen ubicado y flojo
La habitación es muy pequeña, llena de luz, malas ventanas, malas cortinas, las personas atienden muy bien. Por el precio sin lobby es muy alto. Su valor es por la ubicación no más.

Hotel med 15 trin til elevatoren.
Hotellet blev valgt fordi det havde elevator. Hotels.com sendte en meddelelse om, at indtjekning skulle ske på søsterhotel "kun" 100 meter derfra. Så viste det sig at vi alligevel skulle tjekke ind på Hotel Elite. De længste 100 meter, vi nogensinde har oplevet at gå!! Vi havde masser af bagage, fordi vi havde været på krydstogt, men vores fly hjem blev desværre aflyst. Til vores overraskelse var der adskillige trappetrin op til elevatoren på Hotel Elite. Bevares, vi fik hjælp med de to store kufferter. Værelset var ca. 9 kvm stort, men med et nyrenoveret badeværelse, hvor der stadig manglede lidt flisearbejde. Den unge dame i receptionen var meget sød og hjælpsom da vi skulle tjekke ud.

Good location ..pictures are deceiving …carpets in the hallway is musty and smells …the rooms are clean ,.no iron box ..they will not give you one either .. reception close sat 6 pm so if you come later, you have to check in at the sister hotel, which is almost a five minute walk with your luggage

Staff at front desk was nice, hotel was disgustingly dirty. Falsely advertised room, pictures were from a completely different hotel. Our room was not cleaned from last guests. Opened and leaking shampoo bottles left in shower. Room smelt , carperts dirty. DO NOT GO.. RUNNNN!!

Ended up being upgraded to a better room. Only issue was that the AC was badly connected to the room window meaning that it needed to run all the time cause part of the window was not sealed. And because it wasn't sealed, the outdoor noises were very loud (and Rome can sometimes get rowdy at night) Staff was amazing, Location was great.

Buen hotel, buen precio! Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo! Aunque me gustaría que check inn fuera allí mismo, hay elevador, pero desde piso intermedio así que personas discapacitadas tienen que usar escaleras un tramo!
