Dear Yoshifumi, I'm sorry that the experience at 47 Steps did not meet your expectations and we apologize for the carelessness of the tiramisu left in the fridge.However, I would like to clarify that we are a Guest house and not a hotel with a 24-hour reception and that we have sent you 3 emails (on 06/21/23, 08/05/23, 08/07/23) and one last email on the day of your arrival and we also tried to call you on the number left in the reservation to organize your check-in but unfortunately no one ever answered. I can provide you with proof of what I'm saying at any time since all emails sent and calls made to your number are kept in our archive and I can show them to you whenever you want.However, I thank you for appreciating the services in the common area and the cleanliness of the room.Best regardsVeronica

I'm sorry that you continue on not saying the truth just to get a refund that is not due. You had 2 separate beds in the room as you requested and you've also had our assistance number available 24 hours, why would you have to sleep on the floor instead of calling us? Simply because your are not saying the thruth, who would sleep on the floor knowing as you well knew that our collaborator in case of need and emergency can reach the guest house in 15 minutes and solve the problem? Dear Raymond, we have sent you 2 messages one asking you the arrival time and the other for the check-in online that allow you to get in the apartment easly at any time from your mobile phone. We are a guest house and we do not have a 24 hours reception but if you would have called us we could open doors remotely but you haven't even called us. What else could we do once we so that you haven't reply to our messages neither you have called us we assumed that you weren't coming anymore. I hope to host you again in the future and give you a special offer for a next stay

Dear Client, your opinion is very important to us. We completely renew the guest house at the end of 2018, fixtures and furnitures are not the most exepensive ones but they not even so cheap, I would say medium value but after all even our rates are very affordable, considering that we are at the historical center and very close to the main train station. Anyhow we're going to take your opinion as an advise and we will try to do our best in future. All the best Veronica
