"This was my second stay after two years and they are making beautiful updates and improvements all over the property. The breakfast is still great with a huge selection of Italian and international style options. "Great hotel! Rooms were very nice and wheelchair friendly for us. The free breakfast at the restaurant (Figo’s) was very nice and we at lunch and dinner there as well. Great restaurant, one of our favorite places in Rome! The front desk staff was very nice and even help arrange private transport to the airport for us which was very helpful. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood with little great markets near by for us to get drinks and snack. Would definitely stay there again."

The Guardian Hotel

"Room was clean, bathroom was updated, and it had a slide door which was nice to have. View wasn't great, but that wasn't something that was a priority for us. We slept well, the room was quiet and dark with the blackout curtains, which was important for us. Location was good, close to railway and to bus stops, which helped with getting around easily. We were able to walk to many locations, and utilize the city bus or tram to get to further locations, without any issues. Breakfast was listed as continental, but it was more of a full breakfast with hot items included. Bar terrace on top floor was nice, with great views. We were happy with the hotel, and felt that it was a good pick for us."

"We stayed at Hotel Liberté as a family of three during our trip to Rome. Overall, we had a nice stay and really liked the neighborhood. It has a young, hip and artsy feel, with lots of little bars, restaurants and about 15-20 mins walk on side street from Termini Station. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you’ll probably really like the area. One thing to keep in mind is that it gets very lively and loud at night, especially on weekends. There was quite a bit of street noise and people out at the bars until around 2–3am, so it may not be the best choice if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with young kids. We were travelling with our 8-year-old, so this was something we definitely noticed. We also experienced a strong cigarette smoke smell coming into our room, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation. This was uncomfortable for us, especially travelling with our daughter. We brought it to the hotel's attention and they were responsive and offered cleaning, fresh linens and compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and neighborhood were definitely highlights for us. I would recommend it to people who enjoy a younger, artsy area with nightlife and don't mind some noise at night."
