"Very nice clean and well maintained property. Nice pool and great location in the heart of Georgetown. Easy to get around Exuma if you rent a vehicle. The adjacent property "Beach Club" on Stocking Island was a great getaway location. The food was excellent and a very nice menu selection. Remember you are on Island Time, slow down and don't expect quick service but you will get great friendly service. The overall staff was great."

"Communication was so easy with Jack and Kay. We had recommendations sent before we arrived. The house was exactly what we needed for our two small families to stay comfortably. We had so much fun we barely left the property the first 3 days of our trip! The Kayaks and paddle boards were an extra bonus, we paddled to the blue hole and saw a few turtles along the way, walked the salt flats at low tide. Enjoyed nightly sunsets- shipwreck is a true gem! A car rental is 100% necessary in my opinion, and the direction video that Jack provides is excellent. We cant wait to return!"

"Owner Valerie is super friendly and helpful, welcoming pup Bridget and her newly adopted pup Trever made our stay even more fun. We have access to kayaking to Mariah key which was the absolutely stunning experience we ever had - we were there almost every day!. The cottage is clean and is equipped with daily needs. Regular size refrigerator and good water pressure for shower. The area is so quiet and serene. Prepare for no seeum bites in evening and morning! We had a fantastic time at Exuma vacation cottage for a week!!"

"Words truly cannot express how beautiful Le Castella Villa is. It was perfect for our family—grandparents, parents, and kids (10, 8, and 3). After hours of searching, we found the ideal layout: two master suites on each level, open concept living room and kitchen and plenty of bunk beds for the kids. The house is both beautifully decorated and well designed. The open kitchen and living area made it easy to connect. We spent hours talking and playing the games provided and it turned into a wonderfully unplugged vacation—no phones, no iPads, just quality family time.The host was very responsive and shared great recommendations. The kitchen was fully stocked, and provided plenty of pool and bath towels. Having double washers and dryers was a huge bonus for our group.The location was central to everything, Beaches, excursions, restaurants, and groceries were all close by.Even so, the villa itself felt like a private oasis. The kids loved the pool and all the water toys—kayaks, paddle boards, trampoline, paddle boat—while the grandparents relaxed in shaded seating.On our last day, the 3-year-old woke up at 5 a.m. crying, “I don’t want to leave this house, I love it here so much!” That says it all.Our Exuma family vacation was truly magical, and we can’t wait to return to Le Castella! "

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."

"The house and property are amazing with a few minor issues that with the price of the house shouldn’t have been there. A few bedroom doorknobs falling off, the AC units were difficult to control and locked with a code we had to request mid week, and the dish washer broke. There is also advertised water and ice maker in the fridge but the water was turned off to the fridge so it didn’t work. They pushed back on delivering ice but ultimately agreed. These are small things that did not hurt the overall property but given the price, they should be fixed. The location was great for snorkeling, kayaking, and the pool was amazing. We ended up not using the dock as the boat rental we talked to said it wasn’t suitable for keeping a boat overnight. Overall it was an amazing experience and the island is worth exploring. "

"We had an incredible stay at Bama Breeze. The sand bar that appears in front of the property was amazing, and we walked all the way to the island you can see, which was more than a mile away. The house was clean, AC was cold, and everything worked great. The road getting there was rough but our small rental SUV had no trouble making it. The hosts were very receptive to messages before and during our stay, which was very helpful. We would love to come back to the Exumas and would definitely stay at Bama Breeze again. "

"This property has serious issues. First and most important are the serious plumbing issues. Most of the the bathrooms have problems with the water pressure. Some to to point that they are not functioning properly. The maintenance man literally shut down one of the bedrooms we were using because of the problems with the bathroom. We had to move the guest out to share a bedroom with another guest. Three of the bathrooms did not have enough pressure to wash the soap out of your hair. When we complained the butlers said they had been reporting the issues to the owners but getting no results. The only had one of the swimming pools with the heat turned on. The outdoor lights for the only table that would hold our entire group did not work. We were told it would take two weeks to fix it, only a call to VRBO got the needed repairs. Both of the freezers in one house had big holes in the bottom of the refrigerators so the butlers kept towels on the floors 24/7 to keep us from slipping and falling from the melting ice."
