I had to stay in a "pet friendly" room bcause i had my dog with me. It was the last one The room smelled like urine. The worst part is i couldnt tell if it was pet urine or human urine. The hair dryer had a clump of hair sticking out of it. And the bed spreads on both the beds were soiled. One had dirt and one had blood. The remote was broken and taped back together (true story) Just disgusting. You've been warned!

Don’t stay here if you don’t want to encounter roaches. At first inspection I thought the room was outdated but mostly clean. Exactly what I expected for the price. What I did not expect was to wake up to roaches in the bathroom. I killed one but the other ran into an outlet. I brought this to the attention of staff upon leaving and she spoke as if she was not surprised, asking if they came from the sink. She offered no apology. I submitted a complaint and photos to Expedia, who contacted the hotel on my behalf. The hotel manager denied any roach findings and only after insistence from the Expedia rep, refunded me $8 as a “good will.” A simple apology and prompt action would have gone a long way. I’ll never stay there again and was sure to share my experience with the local health department.

Oh goodness, arriving way late as we did, we were really needing sleep. We had called ahead to advise check in would be in the wee hours of the morning so the hotel knew but still didn't advise us that the roofers were arriving at 6am. GAH That said, the staff ere incredibly nice and the bed was so comfortable that I slept 10 1/2 hours the next night.

Very good for buget motel. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area looked and smelled clean. Room was good and pretty clead. Bed was comfy.

Rosa, the young lady at the desk was very pleasant. We were in need of a room with a shower for a disabled family member and she quickly accommodated us. It's awesome to come across nice people like her.

Our room appeared to be clean until we went into the bathroom. Bathroom floor had chunks of dirt everywhere. Beds were ok- a little firm and the blanket was really itchy/rough feeling. Breakfast was ok but not much provided. All that being said, it was overall not bad for the price we paid for one night. Staff weren't rude but not overly friendly either. Definitely get what you pay for here. We'll probably spend a little more next time to get a little more.

The gentleman who checked me in was extremely professional. In today's world that is very refreshing! After a long day of travel, the hot shower was much needed also and the water was HOT! I left before breakfast so I couldn't comment on how it was.

Its a clean, dissent breakfast, we go to St.louis every 4 months for doctor's appointment, we used to stay at Salavans and it was not pleasant stay, dirty. Not much of a breakfast, and we stayed at a couple of different places, so this has been our new stopping point to stay.

The beds were difficult to get into because of how high they set and were very uncomfortable. The mattress was firm, lack of pillows and very thin blanket made sleep a challenge. On the brighter side the staff was super friendly and polite! Customer Service on point!

Great 1/2 way point on way to Chicago if you own a dog. Dog friendly rooms and a friendly staff. Lots of places to eat in very close proximity. Breakfast isn't like some of the more expensive hotels but adequate.

Overall it’s a great place to stay for the price. The room is big and quiet. I’m glad that there’s a waffle maker for breakfast. It would have been nice to have hot eggs though. The sink is a little too far from the bathroom but it’s not a big deal. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

I love rooms with NO carpet. Better than expected for the price. I will DEFINITELY stay here when I come back through! Breakfast was a little skimpy. But for the price of the room it was worth it.

Beds were firm and clean.location was good. The pool looked wonderful and was being enjoyed by guests. I expected the room to be cleaner than it was. The floors, bedspreads, and other furniture had dirt stains visible. No live bugs, though. No unpleasant odors. Ok for a necessary stop.
