Cozy Home on the edge of Rolla!

Enjoy a stay at this cozy, newly furnished and decorated space where you and your family can relax and feel at home. This home sits on the outskirts of Rolla for that private feel, but is minutes from everything Rolla has to offer!
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, extra blankets, two nightstands, a dresser, and a spacious closet for all your storage needs. Each bedroom has its own TV with Roku, For additional guests, a queen size air mattress is available in the living room near the couch. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample cabinet space, a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room provides a cozy couch perfect for relaxing and watching TV. We also do have two exterior cameras for safety purposes when no guests are present. One at the front door and one watching the shed.

Wedding trip and family reunion.

We spent 8 nights. Everything was good. We needed to be in Rolla so location was perfect. You would have gotten a perfect score but the shower head leaked when trying to take a bath.

Great place to stay

Property was easy to find. It was clean and comfortable. It was a really great place to stay. The only issue i had was my car scraped the bottom when entering the driveway. My car is a prius and is really close to the ground. Had to kick kids out of car so i could exit the driveway without scraping the bottom when leaving. Everything elsewhere was wonderful though.

This property was everything me and my adult children needed for the weekend. Five of us stayed comfortably. One bathroom required planning but no big deal. It is a remodel and some projects seemly need to be finished but it was clean and that is #1 priority for me. We had a GREAT weekend together!

Fits the Needs of a Basic Stay

This nicely decorated property is well situated at the edge of Rolla, and is near grocery shopping and a really fantastic Lion's Club park. Noise from traffic on Lion's Club Dr. carries clearly into the house, but traffic is light. There was overnight paving during our stay, which was very loud, but that should be it for a long time on that type of noise! The floors are sealed concrete, so footwear was more comfortable for us indoors than barefoot. The kitchen had an odor from the sink cabinet, and standing water in the cabinet that we discovered just before leaving may have been the culprit. Communication from our host was generally prompt, except on the water issue. Sheets were microfiber for our stay, so guests who are opposed to sleeping on polyester might consider traveling with their own natural fiber option. The kitchen was stocked with inexpensive basics for cooking and eating. Overall, this property met our needs for two nights, and we appreciated the price point.
