Lakefront Luxury! Direct Water Access, Spa, Fire Pit & Boat Launch-Sleeps 17

Wake up in luxury to beautiful lake views!! Drink your coffee on the deck or from the private boat dock behind the house! Fully paved roads will lead you to Beaver Shores where you will find this incredible property. This 3000 square foot home was completely remodeled and upgraded. It has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The upstairs living room and kitchen are open concept and provide access to the expansive 888 square foot deck. The deck affords plenty of seating as well as a hot tub and gas grill. There are two modern master suites with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room that has two full beds as well as a bunk bed. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area and a twin sleeper in the upstairs master bedroom. Located right on the water's edge, this vacation home is a short distance to downtown Rogers, Hobbs State Park, and both Prairie Creek and Horseshoe Bend Marinas. Getting your boat in the water is easy, the neighborhood boat ramp is within sight and less than a block away. After launching your boat you can pick up your guests from the private boat dock that's right behind the house! A big bonus is the great parking for your boats, trailers, and vehicles in the expansive driveway. Once night falls enjoy time soaking in the hot tub or relaxing around the firepit. One thing is for sure, this property has it all!

The house, Beaver Lake and Bentonville were all perfect for the extended family get together that we had. The house’s location directly on Beaver lake worked perfectly for enjoying the lake and quick access when picking up different groups to go on the boat.

Family reunion and this was the perfect place to unwind - beautiful views of the lake, lots of hang out activities- pool table, fishing, hot tub, BBQ. Host was fantastic and lots of small details made it feel like home. Highly recommend this beautiful home in a beautiful area.

A group of us were in town for a conference and decided to get a house by the lake rather than staying in hotels. Really glad we did. The house was amazing. Perfect location. Well appointed. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I wish I lived closer because I would be renting it more frequently.

Family Gathering

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (7-12) and had plenty of space. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find the living spaces to be larger than the pictures may indicate. All communication with the property owner was timely and all information required to operate at the property was provided. The kitchen has everything required to make any meal. Overall the property, views, & owner exceeded our expectations.

Perfection!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location was absolutely perfect. 15 minute drive into town with great restaurants. Easy access to the dock where we spent most of our time swimming and fishing. The bedrooms were all nice with comfortable beds. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the nugget ice maker was a huge hit! Gorgeous views from the spacious deck. The kids loved the hot tub. It was a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to rent this place again!

Great home for a group

We stayed at the home for a friends’ get together we do each year where 3 families come together for a long weekend. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we need. We loved the bonus room in the basement for the kids to spend time in, the hot tub was great because the weather was cooler than normal, and it was very convenient to have the dock right there at the bottom of the hill close to the home.The boat ramp nearby did get busy on Saturday, but we just stayed close to the dock. We hope to return to this home next year, it was great!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

The home was everything we could have asked for and more. The dock was a short walk down and the kiddos loved jumping off of it. The home is much bigger in person and the photos don't really do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked and the nugget ice machine is amazing! We loved it and now feel like we need one at our home. The two extra fridges in the garage were so nice for beverage storage and extra food. The owner came and checked on us and was very friendly. All the neighbors were awesome as well. Rogers is a short drive for anything you might need during your stay. There is a family of deer that visit every evening too. We will definitely book again!
