"Friendly staff. Only a 12 minute walk to the busier downtown Banff area (longer if your dog walks slow like mine). Underground lot parking and plenty of street parking. "

"Check- in was easy, and the front desk staff was very helpful. They provided a transit pass for the duration of the stay, which made traveling back and forth around Banff simple and car- free; this is good because the vehicle and pedestrian traffic was a little heavy over the weekend. The whole place was obviously recently redone, and done well design-wise with a nice mix of modern and more traditional design. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony view of the mountains to the west and a large bathroom that looked to be wheelchair accessible. The rooftop hot pools were great after a long day of hiking, and the staff had room service deliver a tasty treat since it was our anniversary. We had dinner in the restaurant on our anniversary, and again we were given special treatment; the food was great as was the service. They're located on the eastern edge of town, but we actually liked that as it felt a bit more like a refuge after a day of being downtown; and with the bus pass transportation was a non- issue. All in all, we had a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone. "

"Staff and service like no other we have experienced"

"Aside from no tv or air conditioning we were there for one night and weather was cool enough to open windows and just the 2 of us so without a tv was ok. It was a well maintained property. Only issue was that the bathroom shower was hardly big enough to move around in.we are not large people- I am only 4’10 and it was not easy to maneuver."

"Absolutely very cozy hotel. Although older in decor, very very clean. Towels changed daily. Yards and grounds meticulously manicured. Very comfortable. Great staff. Overall, highly recommend. "

"Great location...accommodating...easy access to shuttles to local attractions...on site restaurant was awesome...staff was knowledgeable of area. Rooms were exactly as pictured..2 hrs to the glaciers."

"We loved the location. It was wonderful to sit outside and see the mountains. I would suggest that they keep the propane tanks filled for the two fire pits located on the patio area though. That would of made for a great place to sit and just look at the mountains and watch the sunset."
