Only thing that was missed was a flat sheet on the master bed but this property has everything for a great time.

Very Nice Little Lake House!

The house was clean and had most everything we needed. We lived the Blackstone Grill! The kids loved swimming off of the dock and fishing. The neighbors were wonderful!! We had thunderstorms the last day we were there, but it gave us a chance to rest up a bit. We also loved the washer and dryer…no need to take dirty clothes home;)The only real suggestion would be to add more seating in the living room.Thanks for a great stay;)

Buls Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay this June at the Lake. This house is very clean and newly renovated. The owners were very quick to respond and helped us with all of our questions and needs.

Perfect Lake Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. It was perfectly located where we could eat/shop local in Rocky Mount or take a short drive to the business district. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly updated, we totally enjoyed our weekend getaway and will definitely stay at this property again!

Quiet getaway

Very clean home, easy check in process, and not a crowded area at all. My GPS was a little wonky and took me down Greenberry Dr. which I highly recommend avoiding unless you have 4 wheel drive. We took 3-6 year olds and if the water hadn’t been so choppy they would have spent more time swimming in the lake, but the house has plenty of sleeping areas and has plenty of kitchen utensils to cook there instead of having to go out to eat so that was nice. The beds are comfortable and didn’t have a hard time falling asleep at all. Overall everyone had a great time and this is a quiet cozy home perfect for a much-needed lake getaway!

Falsely advertising amenities, pests and needed cleaned

False amenities listed, no hot tub, inaccurate description of accessibility, amenities not in working order like the grill, ice maker, Smart TVs all not operating, improvement on cleaning needed. Lacked enough basic supplies like TP wash clothes, & coffee filters. Pests like ants, Knats, and spiders abound. This is a Lake house so there will be bugs, but needed ant spray, wasp spray, and to clean cob webs from lamps and lights. Too many types of pet hairs on rugs and cushions. No sheets or pillows for futon. Be careful walking outside to deck and dock, poison ivy, pavers not level, root wads sticking up, lots of steps and lots of ticks. Needs updated ladder into water, currently old and slimy which made slippery. I believe work in progress and hopefully hosts will address and improve for future guests.

Excellent

We really enjoyed the stay here the house was really nice and clean the welcome gifts were nice and thoughtful the bluffs where the kids can play were absolutely perfect and we caught several fish off the dock I will definitely be staying here again!
