If you go down one flight of stairs to the lower level you will find the master bedroom and bathroom which also holds the stackable washer and dryer. the master bedroom boasts wonderful views of the lake as well as its own deck that you can open the screen door to and go swing into the sunset with the wonderful porch swing or just sit outside and enjoy the weather there is table and chairs as well as a additional glider before finding the staircase down to the dock.
Dock is a single well 12x26 covered slip with large 12x30 swim platform and Party Bar loaded with 65" TV and stereo system. so if you brought your boat you will have a place to put it. There is also additional trailer parking a block up from the house at a additional cost as well as a boat ramp on the way to the house.
But even if you didn't bring your boat we have a lily pad on the dock for hours of playtime in the lake! or bring your fishing poles and catch fish right off the dock!
