We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. ...

The outside of the property was very under managed. Everything‘s overgrown had been mowed yet and this is April outside. Seating was covered. Had to sweep the porch to keep from tracking stuff in. Lotta stairs missed that in the pictures.
