Charming Cabin Near Roaring River State Park!

"Our first time renting any cabin. Such a Clcute studio cabin. Secluded. Very clean. Yes its right on the highway but the only time we even noticed it was sitting on the front porch. Otherwise it didnt even bother us. We use to live near a very busy highway and got used to the hum. Made for some good nights sleep. Probably why we didnt hear whatever knocked the lid off the trash can out front. Water pressue was low, especially the last 2 days we were there. The hot tub will get cold by the time its 3/4 full. Could definitely use a window either in the front door or in the front wall so its not so dark when you first enter and have no idea where the light switches or lamps are. The king size bed is super super soft, unfortunately it made for a difficult time sleeping due to my back injury. Did not try the full size bed but i did take a nap on the couch which looks like it could fold out like a futon but I didnt attempt to try. Need an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Also realized, that we could actually downsize our lives to a cabin like that one and be perfectly happy. Maybe next year we will do this again. "

"I will preface by mentioning this is the only hotel in the area we found that had decent reviews. I gave 4 stars because our room, although outdated and clean, had a strong mildew smell (opened a window to air it out seemed to fix it) and the “breakfast” was 2 choices of cereal, toast, muffins, milk and coffee. Beyond that, it’s a great spot to land last resort. Staff was friendly. If in a pinch, we’d stay again."

"We had such a lovely stay. Linda was attentive and helpful, and the location was great for visiting Bentonville and Eureka Springs. We especially loved the opportunity to experiment with painting with the paints and rocks provided at the cabin."
