It is located on a quiet, dead-end street with a large, fenced, grassy yard and a fantastic rooftop deck with unobstructed 180-degree views of Salt Lake and Copano Bay. Access to the bay is right across the street, making launching small boats or the provided kayak easy. Take in the water views while sipping morning coffee on the front porch, furnished with chairs and a small table. The serene neighborhood is perfect for strolls. Find shopping, dining, and outdoor activities within a short drive. Head to Rockport Beach, 6.2 miles away, for clear water and white sand. Or see marine life up-close at The Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, less than six miles away. Head to Fulton Beach Road for shopping and dining, or visit the nearby Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, under five miles away.
Your single-level rental is accessed via four steps at the entryway. Unwind in the welcoming living area and watch your favorite shows on the 32” Roku TV, or curl up in the armchair with a good book. Plan your day of adventure at a desk by the front door. The sparkling kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample granite countertop space. You’ll have plenty of space to prepare hearty meals. Keep the chef company while perched at the kitchen peninsula with seating. Dine alfresco on the front patio, with chairs and a picnic table.
The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with big walk-in showers, and one also has a jetted tub—perfect for a luxurious soak after a day of fun-filled activities.
Amenities include a washer/dryer and life vests. There is no WiFi, so you can relish that off-the-grid feeling.
Things to Know
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
