The listing says there were two bedrooms with queen beds, but the downstairs bedrooms are both small and each only have a double bed. The host was very responsive and helpful.」

「What I liked is that the property is well-kept and exceptionally clean! It was obvious by what was provided for us that the host really did care about our comfort and enjoyment! I truly would love to stay there again someday! If I had to pick something that I didn’t particularly care for, I would have to say that the amount of stairs to get to the unit may pose issues for someone with mobility problems. They did a super job!」

「This nautical inspired apartment had tons of character and couldn’t have had a better location. A coffee shop was just steps outside the front door along with all the charming shops and restaurants of Rockport’s Bearskin Neck. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I loved staying in this simple little efficiency. This part of Massachusetts is truly a hidden gem. Philip was very welcoming and gracious. The property was beautiful (I saw a bunny, chipmunks, a deer) and the space was comfortable. I highly recommend this place.」
