This accommodation by the sea is only about 15 minutes to the north of Kalmar. The site has its own boat jetty and a boat with electric outboard.
The holiday house has a 12m² furnished terrace with a grill. The site with a boat jetty and boat is for your own exclusive use. The ocean bay is In front, neigbouring properties on the sides and forest behind the house. Use of the boat with an elecric outboard motor (1 hp) and oars is included in the price.
The house provides around 37m² of living space and can accommodate three adults and two children. The centrepiece is the open living and dining room with a sofa bed (110 x 200cm), a kitchen unit and a view of the water. The kitchen includes a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and fridge with a freezer compartment. There are two further single beds (90 x 200cm) in the loft. Please note that the ceiling is very low there and that the stairs up to the loft are very steep. The bathroom is tiled and has under-floor heating. Wireless Internet access and a 42” flatscreen TV (full HD LED TV) with satellite channels provide entertainment. There are more than 90 german satellite channels in the house.
Very nearby there is the idyllic harbour at Revsudden. The nearest town is Kalmar. It is about 15 minutes from the accommodation. Kalmar has some historical buildings, many restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The second-largest island in Sweden, Öland, has a fabulous natural landscape. The island is accessed over a six-kilometre-long bridge and is about 25 minutes from the house.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Pets are allowed, but must be quiet and kept on site. There is no fence.
