"Very comfortable. Cozy with lots of space. Beautiful property with a creek not too far away. Typical clear southern Missouri clarity. Farm with cattle. Though in the country, you will have everything you need to make meals, be comfortable, watch tv decent internet. Wheel chair friendly home. Ramp, large back deck, open space inside. Couch makes out into a bed. Owner is very nice and Approachable. And beautiful feral cats. I hope to come back soon!!! Swings, picnic area. Close to Bryant Creek State Park. I can’t wait to come back!"

"We loved it. The place was cozy and clean. The host was amazing so helpful with sugguestions and places to see and eat. I would recommend this place to anyone!! She had everything you could think of. We will be back definitely!! 5 stars!!!!"

"Very nice property!! We enjoyed the comforts of the house! The lake access and ATV trails were very nice and gave everyone something to do. The property was remote and that was what we were looking for but the Starlink access was a great addition. The surrounding area was very scenic and a short drive to areas like Bryant Creek State Park. The host was very interactive throughout the process and answered any questions quickly. If you are looking for a family friendly getaway that is away from people, this is the place!"

"The property is beautiful! Everything is very clean. We slept great on the comfortable beds. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. Our favorite part was the amazing hot tub and the covered porch where we could have morning coffee and watch the wild life. Very close to our float trip at Sunburst Ranch, so that was a plus. Be prepared for windy and hilly roads and it takes awhile to get places due to that. Just keep that in mind when planning excursions. It may only be 30 miles but it may take an hour to get there."
