Affordable Fun House

Luxury Acres is a beautiful affordable home nestled on over 4 acres of land. Private pool with Large commercial pool slide. The property has tons of amenities. ALL parties, gatherings, events MUST be booked directly for security purposes. Our direct booking link is luxuryacres.com. If you book a party without approval we will cancel without refund and have police ask you to vacate. THERE IS A $1500 FEE FOR ANY PARTIES UNAUTORIZED. Only 16 guests to be on property Total. This includes guests that are NOT spending the night. We are on a septic system.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD Music !!!!
All guest other than MAX 11 Staying overnight must be off property by 8 pm.

⭐100% NO 🚭 Smoking on the property (Indoor/Outdoor) ($200 Fine for smoking in property or on deck)

⭐ ABSOLUTELY NO ticket sales, social media, radio, television etc. promoted events at the property.

Absolutely NO DJ's due to the noise ordinance police will be called for loud music.

NO outside music after 8 pm

Home is on a septic system parties and events have to be booked separately. Home also is on well system. No city water.
