"Room was nice and the staff was great. However, there were a few issues. The bedsheet was dirty after the check in. We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min. When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling. "First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad.
