"Room was nice and the staff was great. However, there were a few issues. The bedsheet was dirty after the check in. We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min. When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling. Then, we noticed a hole in the box of sweets that we had left in the room with crumbs lying around. The staff moved us to an adjacent room. But the whole thing took a while and we lost an hour of...

"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. Added to that, there was no kitchen in the Hotel and hence no breakfast; so I had to go elsewhere in the Mumbai rain for my breakfast. Come the checkout day; they...
