The location is excellent—super close to the waterpark and everything at OWA. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again."

"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "

"We didn't have breakfast, but the hotel is well maintained and attractive, the room was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor (if you ignore the horrifically ugly window shade), the water pressure is good, and the desk clerk was polite, efficient, and very nice. It was a bit noisy due to other guests, but it was extremely busy so that's not out of the ordinary."
