Welcome to St. Augustine at Mayo Clinic, Gonda and St. Marys ❤️. The coziest home in Rochester - clean, comfortable, classy, and affordable. Quiet and save neighborhood. Located in the prestigious Kutzky Park neighborhood, the home is walking distance from the Mayo Clinic, St. Mary’s Hospital, and downtown Rochester including several of the city’s best restaurants and grocery stores. Families will love the fenced in front yard and proximity to Kutzky Park playground.

We stayed in this home for a sporting event in Rochester for our children. The home gave us space to rest, cook meals and recharge after very early mornings and late evenings of sports.

Clean, peaceful and convenient!
Great place to stay when visiting Mayo. The location was close to Mayo facilities, a variety of restaurants, and HyVee. Great walking trail along a peaceful creek at the end of the block. The place was clean, solid kitchen supplies, and had comfortable beds. Our stay was very comfortable!

Good Location for our recent stay
This is a pretty comfortable place to stay. Very clean. While we didn't use the kitchen for anything other than breakfast and coffee it is well appointed. Living room is exactly as pictured and also very comfortable. We're not much into tv so using the wifi was primary past time in the evening. Speed of the wifi is very satisfactory. Was nice to have a garage since one night a big storm came thru. Tree branches and debris all over the city include a small limb from one of the trees out front. Most likely we'll stay here again in the future.

The home was clean, comfortable and offered us the opportunity to relax as a family. It’s an older house that has the quirkiness one would expect with that age. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was a close and easy commute to Mayo facilities which is why we were there. Would stay again in the future.

Great location for Mayo patients!
We live in Dallas and usually book a condo or house to stay in when I have my Mayo appts (about 3-4 times a year). We like to try new places, but always look for one that is close to the hospital. This house is SO cozy and is exactly as portrayed in the pics and listing! This is the first one we booked that had a garage and this was important since it's winter and snow is usually present! Check-in and out was super easy with the door code, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, even a pizza pan for the oven! There were also several spices in the cabinets and plenty of towels in the bathroom so if you shower often, you're not using a damp towel! There are three bedrooms upstairs, we only used the master, but the bed was comfy, and despite the freezing temps outside, the furnace worked perfectly, so we were super comfortable in the house! Lastly, Denise was awesome at responding when we had a couple of questions, and she is really sweet too! When her plow/shovel guys didn't show up until late the morning after we got about 8" of snow, I texted her asking about a shovel (as my husband was going to make a path to the garage). She wrote back right away apologizing and then she was on it immediately so when we came back home from my appts that day, it was to a beautifully scraped driveway/walkway to the door! Definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Rochester...the neighborhood was very quiet, and especially for Mayo patients as it is so close!

Great holiday stay
This cozy little house was perfect for our visit to Rochester. The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook Christmas dinner. The house is well located. There are walking/running paths close by, and it was a short drive to other hiking areas.

Perfect location if you need the Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s
My father had multiple appointments scheduled (at the Mayo Clinic buildings) over 3 days and then a surgery scheduled at St Mary’s Mayo. The house was within walking distance to both locations. The house was extremely clean and had all amenities we needed for our stay. Of consideration, my father had surgery while there and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were on the second level, so he just had to take it slow climbing the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us though. The house host was extremely helpful and even allowed us to check out a little later since our flight wasn’t until late in the day. Would definitely recommend this home for a cozy stay.

Perfect place for us!
My husband was receiving treatment at Mayo over the course of 10 days. We dreaded staying in a hotel for that length of time, so we were thrilled to find this lovely house within walking distance of the clinic. It was clean, well-stocked, and just what we needed. I highly recommend it!

Everything was good. We couldn't find soap for dishwasher so couldn't run it when we left, but host said that was okay. She responded right away to any questions. There wasn't a back door close to the driveway where we parked, but it wasn't too far away, on the side and up a few steps. The living area was very comfortable, super comfy beds, and a huge refrigerator! There are a lot of steps and just one bathroom, but we knew that and it was fine.
