Located near the affluent Bamford area and only 7 minute walk to Rochdale Town Centre with Metro Links into Manchester and 10 Minute's walk to Rochdale Train Station with non-stop services into Manchester only taking 10 minutes. Great restaurants and services are just a few minutes' walk of the house
The property comprises of two double bedrooms, a good size bathroom and an open-plan living space with a pull-out bed/sofa. We have advertised it as being useful for 1 person but if you feel two can sleep on the sofa bed you are more than welcome to bring up to 6 people. Please note that whilst we are happy to have children the home is not set up with safety equipment like stair gates, plug covers etc, so the home is to be used at your own risk with children.
Please note that our prices from Monday to Thursday do not include the hot tub. We reduce our nightly prices to attract working professionals/contractors.
However, you can request the Hot Tub from Monday to Thursday at a small fee, but please bear in mind that it may not be available if it has just been cleaned and the clean water needs to heat back up. This is normally done on Wednesdays.
The house is situated in a very quiet street and therefore is only suitable to those wanting a quiet place to stay or people just having a few quiet drinks. the house is detached and therefore most people will have no issue, but it is not suitable for extremely loud music.
