The fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are accessible on the ground floor via the veranda. The ground floor bedroom is situated in a stone building approximately 5 meters from the main house and contains 2 comfortable beds, a shower, and a WC, with the added benefit of direct access to the garden.

The upper floor is reached via a steep interior staircase as well as an outdoor staircase and features 2 additional bedrooms.
