This magnificent 160m2 villa completely renovated in 2025, which can accommodate up to 10 people, will seduce you with its exotic decoration.

Everything is provided for your comfort: 4 double bedrooms, consisting of 3 beds of 160x200, a bed of 140x200 and a sofa bed in the living room.

For your convenience, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning (as well as in the living room), double-glazed windows with mosquito nets and solar shutters, new quality bedding.

You can have breakfast in the veranda with a view of the mountain and the pool, a large terrace and its fully equipped summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue are also at your disposal.

For a little nap, a shaded corner and deckchairs will allow you to relax around the swimming pool (9 m x 5 m).

The Villa is surrounded by nature where you can go hiking, visit waterfalls and wine estates where you can taste the region's Rosé wine. (We are 30 minutes from Brad Pitt's Estate and 20 minutes from George Clooney's Estate). You can also visit the Golden Islands from Hyères.

If you are more of a shopping person, the Fray Redon shopping area is located 800 m from the villa where you will find, Super U, Aldi, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, etc... A small fruit and vegetable market is in place every Sunday morning.

You can enjoy the night market in high season with live music and food trucks with bar on site every Thursday evening.

For your activities with family or friends, a go-kart and a golf course are 17 minutes away in Brignoles. The Ok Corral amusement park is only 40 km away and will seduce young and old. The Castellet Paul Ricard circuit is only 36km away. Board games are also available.
